Open one of these pictures in PicsArt.

I Googled "sky with clouds tumblr" if you want more options.

And if you also want more options with wings, I Googled "black wings png".

Then open a black background and adjust the opacity and erase the hard edge.

Next, open you face claim and erase the hard edge at the bottom of your face claim. Press the check mark when done.

Then add your wings and crop so you only have one. After your done with that, adjust the wings how you want it. Be sure you erase what you don't need, and draw back some of the wings. Take your time on this step.

Then repeat on the other side.

Once you're done with the wings, press the check mark. Scroll through the options, find Lens Flare. Find the one you want and move where you want it. You can adjust the hue so it can be a different color.

Press the check mark, add your font, and you're done!
