STEP ONE. Open a blank canvas. Go to the layers option. Press the camera option. Open your png of your faceclaim.

STEP TWO. Press the first layer. Use the color picker to choose a color from the PNG (you can hold down on the screen for a few seconds to do this.)

STEP THREE. Add a straight ruler. Also add the symmetric ruler and set to 150%

STEP FOUR. Draw your boarder. With using the ruler and mirror it will be easier because it will be straight and be the same size. After this you can turn the ruler and mirror off.

STEP FIVE. Create a new layer between the boarder layer and the png layer.

STEP SIX. Go to where you got the ruler, only this time choose the circle option instead. This will help draw a perfect circle. Draw two overlapping circles. After this, turn the circle option off.

STEP SEVEN. Press the image of the paint brush. Choose the bucket option. Fill in the second circle you created.

STEP EIGHT. Create a new layer between the circles and the png. Press the paint brush option again. This time press filter. Scroll over until you see drop shadow. Choose upper layer and adjust the shadow to your liking.

STEP NINE. In a new, top layer add lines around the png. I switch from the main color + white.

STEP TEN. Add extra textures if wanted. If not, just save. Add title and filter.
