Chapter 29: Taehyung

The days passed, V recovered with help of Jungkook. He did his best to be able to walk again. He wants to attend the memorial of the victims. He wants to see them personally. He apologized in his tweet before his way to the cemetery.

Jungkook didn't go with him for some reason. He kept saying because of what happened. Luckily, the families accepted his apology.

They were pleased when they saw him, they didn't expect it. The suspect for the incident was now arrested yet they have to attend the trial for the result.

The woman who was a shooter was no other than the Queen in the past who tried to ruin them once again in the future.

Jungkook was glad that maybe they can make a happy ending this time. He wants to change everything he needs to change just to have a good and happy relationship with Taehyung.

He was in the car, heading back to his place after the memorial. They were in the Han river, V was looking at the bridge, he was liking the peaceful scenery. A small smile forms on his lips, looking at the blue sky.

Suddenly, he saw a familiar on the rail, and he was sure it was Jungkook.

"Let's stop here." V uttered, tapping the back of his driver.

The confused driver stopped on the side of the road. V left the car, running where Jungkook standing was.

"Jungkook!" V calls.

Jungkook turned his head towards V.

"V, you're back." Jungkook smiled.

"Yeah, what are you doing here?" V asked, standing beside Jungkook.

"Just visiting my favorite place where everything mystery starts." Jungkook replied.

"How mystery starts here?" V asked

"Maybe, because I hate history that time and blamed past. I'm childish, right? I saw the shooting star and I think that is what connects me and the past Taehyung." Jungkook explained.

"That's amazing." V giggled.

"Yeah, amazing." Jungkook uttered, staring at V's side view.

V glanced at him, they looked at each other and smiled. That smile is like a secret they share. They've found what the whole world is searching for, Love.

"If I ask you between your career and me, what will you choose? I mean, having a relationship is forbidden for idols' careers." Jungkook inquired, explaining.

"I choose you. And I'll choose you, over and over. Without a pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat. And I'll keep choosing you." V retorted, staring at Jungkook's eyes.

"Are you sure? You might regret that." Jungkook said.

"I don't, But if you promise that you will protect me no matter what happens. I want to feel safe with you every time. I'm just scared if you leave me, so don't ever leave me if you don't want me to regret choosing you." V chuckled.

Jungkook faces him, grabbing both of V's hands and holding them tightly.

"You're safe with me, I promise, and when you get scared. Look me in the eyes, hold me a little tighter and smile. Because I'm not going anywhere." Jungkook promised.

"What's wrong with you? You're making me cry." V said, wiping his tears away.

He was blushing because of Jungkook's words, his heart-melting because of it. He felt being soft with Jungkook.

"Nothing is wrong with me, I just appreciate the beauty in front of me." Jungkook giggled.

"Stop with your cheesy lines." V whines, playfully punching Jungkook's chest.

Jungkook just pulled V's waist causing V to gasp.

"You are my blue crayon, the one I never have enough of, the one I use to color my sky. There is my heart and then there is you, and I'm not sure there is a difference."  Jungkook added.

"Gosh, now I know why I love you so much." V giggled.

He attached their foreheads, slowly leaning towards V's lips.

"And I love you too, V." Jungkook replied.

"Call me Taehyung, that's my real name. I want to hear you calling me with my real name, again." V said, staring at Jungkook's lips.

He can feel a warm breath fanning on his lips.

"I love you too, Taehyung." Jungkook smiled.

He leaned closer, kissing Taehyung's lips.

Think of love as your weather forecast. Cloudy morning at sunrise. Warm and sunny with a chance of rain this afternoon. Then tonight is chilly and clear. Good night for that eclipse of the heart.
