As The Crisis Starting To Pour In

"Strange..." SeungGi murmured. He rewind the clips one more time on his laptop.

I never met this person before. How do they know who I am? His eyebrow furrowed. He knew something bad is going to happen soon if he doesn't get this out of the way. His phone then rung.

"Hello?" he answered.

"Flower Killer, I got the drug ready? When should I hand it to you? " The person asked through the phone. SeungGi's face light up a devilish smile.

"Ah...we can meet at the same place tomorrow-----Poison" SeungGi stated.

"Roger that. Just remember to..." Poison stated.

"the money? don't worry. See you there." SeungGi replied. And then they both hung up.

Seunggi's flower shop's door opened.

"Welcome to our shop." he greeted as he looked up. His face changed quickly. From worry to a bright smile as he shut down his laptop, "Minyoung, what brings you here?"

Minyoung eyed him seeing his sudden change of expression. "It's nothing. I was hoping to get a bouquet of red lilies. My friend is performing on the stage today and I just wanted to send them a congratulations message."

"Oh." SeungGi replied. He couldn't help but feel jealous of whoever is receiving this bouquet.

Red lilies = love, and passion

He stated in his thought.

"Who the lucky guy?" he added.

"eh?" Minyoung asked.

"Isn't he the one performing?" SeungGi murmured trying not to show his jealousy. Minyoung quickly laughed.

"No no no! It's one of my girls. A friend I made when I was doing my fashion shoot." she explained.

"Then I guess you should hand her pink lilies instead," SeungGi suggested, he somewhat felt relief that the person receiving this bouquet was a female.

"Wae? Are red lilies too strong of an impression?" Minyoung questioned.

"Red lilies could be replaced by red roses as a symbol for love and passion," SeungGi explained as he began to grab some pink lilies and wrapped it for her.

Minyoung's eye widened. She smiled sheepishly, "Geez, thanks. I'm glad I had a florist friend to remind me." She smiled.

"You're welcome." He smiled back, handing her the bouquet. "Your total is on me." He winked.

Minyoung laughed at his flirtatious state. "I'll pay this one. I don't feel right having not to pay all the time." She explained.

"Fine. Then I'll give you a 50% discount. It's only $6.11" he stated.

Minyoung handed him the money and teased him, "Were you jealous earlier?"

"Eh? I don't know to understand what you are saying." SeungGi laughed trying to dodge the question. Minyoung looked at him and just nodded.

"Sure you don't. Are you free tonight?" Minyoung asked him.

"Why? Are you asking me out?" He teased back. Minyoung rolled her eyes and laughed.

"Sure if you put it that way. Do you want to get some maybe dinner together?" she stated.

"Alrighty. Where should I pick you, m'lady?" he winked and bowed.

MInyoung tried to hide her blush and went back to her confident tone, "6:00 at my house. I'll send you the address later. Don't miss the bus flower boy." she teased back heading for the door.

"Hey! I have a car you know!" he shouted at her. She waved back giggling and exited the shop. He smiled looking at her disappearing figure. But then the expression turned to sorrow.

If you were there back then, maybe we could build a brighter tomorrow, Minyoung-ah. It's better for us to be separated or I might hurt you one day. Not physically but mentally.

He sighed as he walked toward the door and flipped the sign to a close.

Back at Jaewook's station...

"Jae-wook, there's a missing person case. I would like you to handle it before you leave." WonHee walked up to JaeWook as he was about to leave.

"Sure. What is it about?" JaeWook stated.

"Oh, he's right outside." WonHee pointed to a tall-looking man. Jaewook nodded and headed toward him.

"Officer-nim, please help. What if something happens to him?" the man stated.

"Please remain calm Mr. Lee. Come with me and we'll talk more about this." JaeWook stated as he guided the man to a table and chair.

"Now...you like to report a missing person case?" JaeWook asked. The man nodded.

" Alright. But tell me first---what is your relationship with this person? How did you know they were missing? When was the last time you saw them?" JaeWook asked.

"My name is Lee KwangSoo. I'm Jongmin-hyung's friend." Kwangsoo introduced himself, "I was at home and then received a call from Jongmin-hyung. I couldn't hear him very well but the last thing he told me was 'Help'---and that was when the line got cut."

JaeWook nodded as he took notes. "Now did you try to go to his house and find him?" JaeWook asked. KwangSoo nodded.

"I also tried calling Jaesuk-hyung to inform him since he's also a detective. But I couldn't reach him." Kwangsoo explained.

"Jae-suk...do you mean Yoo Jaesuk?" JaeWook raised his eyebrow.

"Yes! Yes! That's him. Do you know him?" Kwangsoo stated.

"We've been bumping to each on some cases before," JaeWook explained. But he quickly returned to the topic.

"Alright...Mr.Lee...we'll take a look at this case. But it would usually take up to 48 hours before the case can be brought on the table." JaeWook stated.

"Why 48 hours? And you're gonna eat the case instead of searching for it?" Kwangsoo stated angrily as he misinterpreted the meaning of Jaewook's statement.

JaeWook explained, "48 hours is usually our standard regulations for these type of cases. and the case "brought on the table" mean that investigation would be carried."

"Oh." Kwangsoo stated dumbfoundedly, "but why 48 hours? Jongmin-hyung's life could be threatened." he added.

"I understand your lack of patience, but this is just our standard way of operating these types of cases." JaeWook sighed.

"Then how about Jaesuk-hyung then. He been gone for who knows 3 days and no one can contact him. I can report that too right?" Kwangsoo added.

"Detective Yoo? When was the last time you saw him then?" JaeWook stated, writing down on a new sheet of paper.

"3 days ago. The last time I saw him was during the group dinner. Jongmin-hyung was also there. And we also talked to 2 other employees that could prove it." Kwangsoo stated.

"2 other employees? Do you know their name?" Jaewook asked.

"Sure...let me remember...it was SeSe..." Kwangsoo tried to dig up his memories.

"SeSe?" JaeWook asked in confusion, Hold on...why do I think I might know who it is...

"Sehun and Sejeong!"

"Sehun and Sejeong?"

Both said at the same time.

"ehhhhh???" they looked at each other.

"You know Sehun and Sejeong?" Kwangsoo asked in surprise. Jaewook quickly took out his phone and searched for the photos that he took with the two last Christmas parties.

"Is it them?" Jaewook asked, handing Kwangsoo the phone. Kwangsoo squinted his eyes and nodded.

"Yeah! That's them!" Kwangsoo said, "How do you know them?"

"I'm their guardians for now. They are home staying at my house." Jaewook explained. Kwangsoo nodded his head.

"But you can search for Jaesuk-hyung right?" Kwangsoo asked.

"We'll see what we can do. And if like you said...I hope we could find Detective Yoo and your friend Jong-min soon." Jaewook stated.

"Thank you, officer! Thank you, officer!" Kwangsoo shook JaeWook's hand. Jaewook just said it's my duty.

Jaesuk-hyung, Jongmin-hyung. Please be safe. Kwangsoo stated in his mind.
