One Year Later...

Ava can't get over what happened to Beth and Hannah after the group pulls the prank on Hannah, which caused Washington's twins to disappear.

That result of Ava having bad dreams of what happened to Beth and Hannah after their disappearance and not even a cup of honey tea can cheer up the Haywood's girl.

Josh is way worse than Ava of what he has been going through after Beth and Hannah.

After the event, it changes everyone in the group, and as where most of them move on, others still feel bad about their actions and how they want to say sorry for Josh and his family.

As of now, Ava was now being dropped off at the bus stop and was waiting for Sam to get here. Sam and Ava are still friends after the event, though they don't talk a lot more than before.

While waiting for Sam, Ava decided to go to the bus map of Blackwood Pines after she finished watching the video that Josh sent out to her as a reunion after last year.

Even though Josh is feeling better now, Ava still has mixed feelings of when it comes to Josh appearance, as where he still looks very tired and still has emotions all over him.

"Boo!"

Ava gasps in scared as she turns around and sees that Mike is here with a smile on his face.

"Only shit, Mike, you scared me." The Haywood's girl said.

Mike giggles and says, "Sorry, just happy to see you again."

"You too, although I'm still sad of what just happened." Ava said to Mike.

Mike feels ashamed of himself also of what happened one year ago and how that Mike feels like he doesn't want to hurt Hannah's feelings, yet he doesn't want to upset Emily during that time.

This is why Mike and Emily broke up a year ago.

"Me too. It's my fault, and Hannah is one of the people we never hurt." Mike said to Ava.

"True." Ava answered.

The two hugs for a bit, that is, until Jess finds Mike and Ava and says, "There you are, Mike, oh, hey Ava."

Ava smiled a bit for the blonde, "Hey Jess."

Ava does get along with Jess, but Ava doesn't hang out with anyone who is the popular ones at school, like Jess, but the two do get along. Jess does know about Mike when it comes to him and Ava, and even tho that Mike and Jess used to date, but broke up before the special reunion, Jess and Mike are still friends.

"I can see that you two are having a warming hug in the cold winter." Jess joke.

"Yeah, but it's just that we missed each other." Mike explains it to Jess.

Before Ava can respond, Jess throws a snowball at her. Ava looks up to see the blonde and decides to throw the snowball at Jess, but Ava missed.

"No cat fight, you two." Mike said to the girls.

In response, Ava and Jess throw snowball at Mike, which cause all three of them to do a big snowball fight.

The three of them have fun, which ends of them on the floor, laughing and slowly getting up and getting the snow off of them.

Ava looks at her watch and says to the two friends, "Sorry, I got to go, I had to find Sam, I will see you guys later."

"No worries, Ava." Jess said as Ava leaves.

Jess looks at Mike as the two decide to have a walk through the snow.

"So, what are you gonna tell Ava?" Jess asked Mike.

"Of what?" Mike asked as he looked at Jess, in confusion.

"That you have a crush on her." Jess answered.

Jess is right, Mike has no idea what he gonna say to Ava that he has feelings for her after his and Emily break up. Yet it's a bit weird to ask someone that they have a crush on the person while going on a one year reunion of someone who just goes missing.

"I'm not sure, and I'm not sure if it's a bad timing after what happened to Hannah and Beth." Mike said to Jess

Jess rolled her eyes, "Mike, I know it's sad, but even after a year later, maybe everyone is feeling better now, and I think Josh is better now."

Mike still has mixed feelings about this but decide that maybe to tell Ava that he does have a crush on her. It's not like he needs a stuffed animal or candy to tell her that he likes her.

Yet, is it bad to tell her that, even after the horrible event one year ago?...
