Backstory

Chara came as usual, normal war. Everything was normal. But, many, many humans have fallen and very few were able to be killed and their souls taken. They have six souls. The other souls from the other humans that died were lost. The last time a human fell was too long ago for most to even remember. Only Asgore and Toriel remember what a human is, as well as Flowey. When Frisk falls, everyone has given up hope. Nobody really cares anymore. Nobody even tries to act cheerful or to smile.

Character idea looks things grammar

Flowey: He has reset a lot in the past, but has given up by now. His petals are torn up because he doesn't feel like resetting every time he gets hurt. He tends to just stay in the golden flowers where a Chara is buried, not really caring what happens to him.

Toriel: Has this cold feel to her. Nearly expressionless. When she finds Frisk, she doesn't trust that they will be captured and killed, so just shows them around and sees if they will be able to survive. When they obviously do, she doesn't even put up a fight, just lets Frisk go to Snowdin. Her clothes are old and worn, the emblem in her dress thingy barely seen. Her fur is all messy since she really doesn't care how she looks anymore.

Sans: Was probably hit the hardest. He has .1 HP, just enough to stay alive. Always frowning. His hood is always up, and when he greets Frisk, he doesn't even really do that. He just sits at his station and watches Frisk. His jacket is worn. He has a crack in his skull from a suicide attempt. Doesn't really joke until later when he begins to gain hope because of Frisk. Then, he jokes but very weakly.

Papyrus: The only one that attempts to be cheerful. His scarf is tattered. He still has his personality, but it's dimmer, as it's difficult to be cheerful when you're surrounded by those that are the exact opposite. Is extremely worried about his brother ever since Sans' suicide attempt, and actually makes puns and smiles constantly to try and keep everyone happy.   Takes Sans to Grillby's a lot. Is ecstatic when he finds Frisk.

Undyne: Doesn't care about capturing humans anymore. She tends to just watch anime with Alphys, though that doesn't really lighten her mood. Has her hair down, and is out walking for once when she finds Frisk.

Alphys: Has completely locked down her lab. Always stays inside. Her glasses are cracked and her lab coat is dirty. The day Frisk comes the lab is unlocked since Undyne was out walking. Frisk finds Alphys when he goes into the lab. Alphys has some hope when he does since she watches him on the camera.

Mettaton: Doesn't even use the body, is just a ghost since why should he bother being in the body? He basically becomes Napstablook without the music.

Asgore: Similar to Toriel. Is found crying on the flowers, as he feels like he has failed his kingdom. Frisk goes to let Asgore take his soul, but Flowey comes in and stops it since he might actually be able to do what he originally wanted to do oh so long ago.

I still need to work on a few more things. When I finish I might make an rp for this :3
