Now, here's a little story I'd like to tell you:

On top of this part you see a photo of a carousel horse that I promised my followers to post back in winter 2013, when I was just about to upload Chapter 3 of this story. If you aren't one of them, or you were not at that time, here is the story that goes with the photo:

I had written the complete story of 'Carousel' in summer of 2013, and right before posting chapter 3 in November that same year, I went to London for a few days. One evening I was to meet some people at Westminster Underground station. (That's right at the foot of Big Ben, if you've never been to London.)

Across the Thames I could see the London Eye, the gigantic Ferris Wheel. And by its foot, just a few hundred metres downstream from it, there was a fairground with booths and a horse carousel that I had seen a few days earlier. Having still some 45 min left to spend, I decided to walk over (there's a bridge right there) and have a ride on that carousel.

I bought a ticket (2 pounds) and went to choose a horse I liked. That carousel is actually moving quite fast, and thus children are not allowed to ride on one of the outside horses, but as I'm a big girl I had a free choice, and I chose the horse on this photo because I thought it was pretty. (Maybe I'm not so much of a big girl after all... XD)

I got on, and soon after the ride started. As all the elements on the carousel began to move, I had a closer look at them and saw that all the horses had a name written on their necks. So I bent down to see what my horse was called. It was called JOSEPH!

After the ride was over, I went all around the carousel and looked at all the horses: There was no Michael. Just a Joseph. And that was the one horse I chose because I liked the look of it!

And now that you've read the entire story of 'Carousel', I'm sure you understand why I've been smiling to myself all evening long! XD
