• Your book must be entered into the ONC 2021 Contest to participate.

• Your book must be posted on wattpad to participate (if you don't have it posted before the first draw, don't worry, I will be doing at least one draw per round).

• You are allowed to enter multiple ONC novellas but you can only win once per round.
for example. if you enter two books into the contest and they both win, I will choose the first book and select another winner in place of the second.

• Please provide at least one or two (1-2) ideas in the 'ideas' section of the form. The more the marier but if this section is left blank or has no ideas the form will not be accepted.

• If you're not sure what you want on the cover and don't know what to put under ideas just keep in mind that it doesn't need to be complicated and can be as simple as 'a crow' or 'a blonde girl'. If you win and I need more information/ideas i'll ask!

• The first draw will be held on February 5th 2021 @ 5pm GMT. Any applications submitted after this deadline will be moved into the next draw.

• A minimum of three (3) winners will be announced for each round of ONC, meaning that there will be at least nine (9) winners at the end. But I use the word at least because if I have more time there may be more winners per month. To be updated of additional draws please write 'yes' under the 'Do you want to be tagged?' section of the form.

• You must reenter your form each new round (same dates as ONC) but you do not have to reenter if there is two draws in the span of one round.

• No mature content will be allowed on the covers.

• Please use my form on the next page and fill it out completely. All parts are required unless it specifies 'Not Required'.
