Love...

Narrator's POV

A week later, Ciel Phentomhive was officially made Earl and met with Queen Victoria.

The Queen was quite amused with what had befallen her 'darling boys' these past few years, and wished them many happinesses.

Like always, the twins knew her words were laced with fake sincerity and they knew they were as expendable to her as the air in her lungs.

Hell, they would not be surprised if she were responsible for the attack on their family that had caused this mess in the first place.

But, Ciel and Astre played nice and the part of her humble servants.

Upon their arrival home, they saw that Lizzy had sent them a love letter along with Sebastian the Dog.

The borzoi was so delighted to be reunited with Astre, playing with him right away.

Since Ciel's 'health' had been returned to him, the twins knew certain things could no longer be postponed —but one of those things were welcome.

A few months following that, in the spring of 1890, came the wedding of Earl Ciel Phantomhive to Elizabeth Midford.

Like all noble weddings of the era, this was definitely going to be a dreadfully boring and formal affair.

But, it was a necessary thing for high society.

The groom waited at the alter, dressed in a grand black suit for the occasion that was decorated with a white and black cape around his right shoulder.

The bride soon followed, being given away by her marquess father.

The blonde girl wore a dress traditional to a wedding of the time.

It was a pearl white dress with plenty of lace and ruffles and long puffy sleeves.

Lizzy held onto her father's arm as she was escorted down the pink rose petal covered aisle.

Once they arrived to the alter, Alexis Leon walked away to sit next to his wife and his son at the closest pew and the wedding began.

On the pew opposite of the Midfords, sat Astre all alone since he was the only remaining Phantomhive besides his twin.

The pastor spoke but neither the bride nor groom —nor any of the guests— paid him any mind until it was time for the vows.

And before long, that moment arrived, the Earl picked up the only lit candle from the candelabra and used it to light one of the two unlit candles, "With this hand, I will lift your sorrows. Your cup will never empty, for I will be your wine. With this candle, I will light your way in darkness. With this ring, I ask you to be mine."

With that final sentence, Ciel had put the lit candle back in its place and slid the plain ring onto his bride's finger.

After the groom's vows were done, the bride repeated the vows word for word whilst copying his actions.

Once they were done, the pastor presented them with the marriage ledger and they signed their names.

Now, they were officially married.

Now they were Earl Ciel and Countess Elizabeth Phantomhive.

With the wedding complete, the married couple went down the aisle once again and went into their carriage to supposedly go to their honeymoon in Paris.

In reality, the carriage went around to the back of the church and picked up one more passenger before beginning its journey.

Once the bride and groom returned to Phantomhive Manor along with Astre, the garden had already been prepared for the second wedding to take place that day.

Astre was spirited away by Tanaka to be changed from his outfit into a new one.

When he rejoined his brother and cousin, Astre was dressed in a mixture of a wedding suit and gown.

The outfit itself was grey and matched the black suit Ciel wore almost identically from the front, but in the back it was id ethical to Lizzy's gown including the long train.

"You look so cute, Astre!" Elizabeth praised, smiling brightly

The younger blunette blushed, "Thank you."

Ciel took Astre's left hand into his right and Lizzy's right hand into his left like he had all those months ago when they had accused Sebastian in the townhouse.

But, unlike that day, Astre and Lizzy joined hands as well, completing the circle.

"Now that the formal wedding is out of the way," The formerly undead Earl said, "now we can have our real wedding with Astre included. And instead of those stuffy old vows, we are going to promise to love and protect each other forever. I will go first."

Ciel continued, "I, Ciel Sirius Phantomhive, promise to protect, love and cherish my beloveds, Astre and Elizabeth, forever. Death will not separate us, so I will love them until the end of time."

Lizzy went next, "I, Elizabeth Ethel Cordelia Phantomhive née Midford, promise to protect, love and cherish my husbands, Ciel and Astre, forever. Death will not separate us, so I will love them until the end of time."

Finally, it was Astre's turn, "I, Astre Lune Phantomhive, promise to protect, love and cherish my beloveds, Ciel and Elizabeth, forever. Death will not separate us, so I will love them until the end of time."

With all three vows said, instead of signing a ledger, they marked their unofficial marriage with a kiss.

Ciel turned and faced Astre, joining their lips together for a passionate kiss.

The older blunette then turned to Lizzy, kissing her as well with equal passion.

Then, Lizzy joined lips with Astre, kissing him deeply.

Now that they were a marriage of three, the polyamorous couple went up to the master bedroom.

Their clothes were quickly discarded as they consummated their marriage.

Moans could be heard down the hallway from his much their were enjoying their lovemaking.

Poor Sebastian was scratching at the master bedroom door, trying to go in and see why Astre was in distress.

But, his paws were not strong enough nor was his tall enough to reach the handle, so he was helpless to protect his sweet master...
