Kasha and I walk down so many halls to get to this meeting room. I don't see anyone. There is a door opposite of where we entered. The table looks like those long table of where office meetings happens. Though it looks more beautiful and detailed. "Kasha, I'm going to meet him here?" Kasha turned to me. "Yes Natasha. I have to leave you alone. He doesn't want anyone else's presence here." Aw yay I get to be alone...The door from across opens. Kasha quickly leaves and what I think is Arlo, comes out of the entrance. From what I can see from here, he has dark hair, tan skin and bright green eyes. He stops at the end of the table and just looks at me. Well okay. "Hello Natasha." He smiled. "Hello." I don't know what to say to him right now. "Do you know who I am?" He said. " you are Arlo. The man everyone has been talking about. " I said. "I'm not just any man, I'm your mate. Your life long partner." How do I explain to him that I don't want him at least right now? "Hehe um..yeah. What does that mean for me and you?" He comes closer to me. "It means we live our lives together, forever. We live in house together and one day have children. Maybe we can even get a pet so the kids have some sort of responsiblity." Sounds like he explaining a fantasy. I mean we kinda are in one but are all relationships here like that. "Natasha are you listening." My thoughts disappear. " yes?" He laughs. "Oh dear. You need to get out of that head of yours. Look at life for a bit and listen. So I was saying, we are leaving together tomorrow morning. We are going to my house." What? "Shouldn't we get to know each before we move in together. Shouldn't we go slow...like super super slow..?" He looks at me weird. "Why would we do that?" Jeez this guy. "Well you know earth culture. We take things kinda slow. We get to know each other for a few months. We start to say we are boyfriend or girlfriend for maybe a few years then one of us proposes. When we are married we have kids and get a pet together. Then we live happily ever after." Sometimes we do. "You want to go the earth road." He says. " yes of course I do. I mean taking it slow is fun, right." He doesn't look happy. "Well we don't do that here." Arlo said. He comes closer to me and tries to put his hand on my cheek. I back away. He didn't like that either. Please someone save me. "Commander Manchez, the king wishes to see you." A male voice said. I turn around an he is the door way. I turn back to Arlo and he looks at me angrily. He walks away still looking at me and he leaves. Thank God. "Natasha, how did it go." Kasha said in the open door way. "It was really awkward." She walks to me. "Did he do anything weird to you." I shake my head. "Good. Let's go back to your room. You can relax there and tell me anything you want." She said while walking towards the door. I follow her. How does she not get lost in these halls.
We make it to my room. "Kasha are all men like Arlo in this world?" She sits down on the couch in my room. I sit on my bed. "Of course not. Werewolves, vampires, demons, centaurs and other creatures are like him. Phoenix, dragons, mermaids, Angels and so many others respect their partners very well." Good to know someone is lucky to have a respectable mate. "Let me guess Arlo is a werewolf." Kasha smiles. "You guessed correctly. Most creatures with green eyes like his are werewolves." She said. "Ok so what about the queen, she has the cat looking eyes." Is she a cat or a fox?" She thinks. "I can never remember what she is but she I think she is Tegalith." Never heard that word before. "What is a Tegalith." I said. "Its a wolf like creature but with eyes like hers. They often have white or light blonde fur but some have brown hair. They live in harsh, cold places. The queen is only here for her mate, the king." Wow so she lived in a cold place then now lives in a very warm place. Wonder how that must feel. "Kasha is there is a possibility that I will be traveling. Since I'm not gonna go home right now. Can I see this world?" I said. "Arlo said he would be going somewhere after you got accustom to his home. Though he might need to leave early. I can talk to him about it, if you want." I smiled. "Yes please ask him. Where is he going." I said happily. "He is going to Ulima. It's a kingdom that is the desert. Phoenixs and dragons are very abundant there. They are very kind to their guests." Oh I want to go. I need to tell my mom what is happening. "Kasha do you know where my phone is. I thought I left it on my bedside." Kasha gets up. "I don't know Natasha. I don't have it. Are sure you did take it with you to meet Arlo." I shake my head. "Check the drawer of the bedside." I look through the drawer and nothing is in it. "It not there." What happens if I lost it? "Natasha we'll find it. If you didn't take it with you, it should be here in the room." But I really wanted to talk to my mom. Knock knock. "Natasha may I come in." It was Lana. "Yes Lana." She opens the door. "Hello Ms. Timberwolf. Kasha." She bowed her head. "Is there anything you need Lana?" Lana smiled and said "The king and queen have invited Ms. Timberwolf to dinner!" She said happily. "This time you need to wear a dress. I already have one picked out for you." A dress appears in her hand and she hands it to me. So she is some sort of magic maid girl. I walk to my closest to change. The dress is not bad. It's a peachy pink dress that was long. It definitely shows my chest in a way I would never done. It has some sparkle to. Overall it's very a comfortable and beautiful dress. I come out of the closet and I hear a gasp. "Oh my you are beautiful." Lana said. "Lana can please do something with her hair. It need something more than just being straight. Curl it a bit." Kasha said. I look in the vanity mirror and she is right. My hairstyle doesn't go well the dress. I blink and my hair is suddenly curled. Magic works fast. "Time to go Ms. Timberwolf." Said Lana. Kasha starts to follow. "Kasha I'm sorry but the king doesn't want you to come." Kasha was surprised. I have to do this dinner think alone?! My confidence just went down a few levels. "Come Ms. Timberwolf." I look at Kasha and she didn't look happy about this. I follow Lana to the dinner. I hope this goes well without Kasha. Please God please be nice to me.
