I was messing around on a paper that was bled through and I designed Darksurge's wing, it's kind of trashy so bear with me

Kind of what I'm thinking, instead of stars they are 'bubbles' under water, I don't know for sure yet. I'll need a better pattern than this though. But the blue blends into the black on the wing membrane
