Thank you so much MiaCongress(again) for this... super long comment on my last part.

I think that we'll quite literally devolve. Like we'll turn back in to our monkey ancestors (if that makes sense)and move back in to the water as we go back to being microscopic. And if earth blows up, we start over on a new planet but this time there were so many of us so we scattered and have access to other planets from being in different environments and may make us super intelligent and not the feeble beings we all know and love/hate. If not then we just burn to death and no more humans. With our memories, I dunno if we'll remember what we used to be, but it wouldn't matter that much. Unless they wanna see an example of what not to do in life. While we devolve, SEA CREATURES EVOLVE! So my thing is, is that sea levels are currently rising and will continue to for a pretty long time. We'll be safe since we already adapted to the water... hopefully. Sea creatures are given a chance to live on land and it'll be easy to adapt because RNA. Our RNA (ribonucleic acid's I think that's how you spell it. If not you get what I'm saying) unlike our DNA fixes little hiccups in our DNA strands and quickly fixes it so we stay the same. But animals like squid and octopedes (yes that's a thing) their RNA CHANGES the DNA! So it's like for example "oh Antarctica? All we need is to change this, this, and that, and we'll be good." Or in this theory's case "land? We'll we need better eyes, lungs, and probably a few other things and we'll be set! Easy as pie!". "But Mia!" You say "If our RNA doesn't change, how will we be in the water??" We'll my fellow theorist, we'll already devolve, we can't go forward so the only way is backwards and that is why! So anyway in conclusion

Humans<SPLATOONThis could happen, we won't be superior, squids, octopedes, urchins, fish, any sea creature you can think of, will be above all of us! So there ya go, 2 THEORIES!
