Please enjoy this angsty teenage love story about Beck and the reader.

TW: Strong language, heartbreak, mention of violence.

It had been years since you last seen your highschool sweetheart, Ingo Beck. You were together for years and years, you both even got voted the cutest couple in school! You had it made back then.....

You drove a 1953 Chevy Corvette, and always met Beck after school, everyday at your favorite ice cream shop. He'd be waiting for you with the biggest smile on his face. He loved seeing you light up with joy.

But, all in one day, your whole world had changed. It had been a rough day at school. All the teachers had bitched at you for no reason, and had even threatened the chance of taking away your graduation over a simple paper you turned in.

All you wanted was Beck to hold you, and tell you that it's okay. That you both could run away together, and never look back. That's all you wanted.

You hadn't seen Beck in school at all today. He wasn't in the rec room, home ec, or science. You thought maybe he had skipped, so you just assumed he'd sneak out and meet you at your place.

You drove off school grounds and made the 10 minute trip downtown to Wanda's. You had a horrible gut feeling, and it made you so nervous. You could feel like vomiting to be honest.

You pulled into the parking lot, and scanned all the cars. You didn't see Beck's baby blue mustang anywhere. So you parked, and sat. You wanted to wait, maybe he was just running late.

An hour passed, and then two, and then three. It was now almost 6 PM, and he still wasn't here. You sighed, and began to cry. Is this how he'd broken up with you? Just stood up crying?

You sped to his house. There was a part of you that thought he was sick, and resting. His mother loved you, so you didn't bother her. You pulled up to his house and saw his car. A wave of relief crashed over you, and you parked.

You got out, and walked to the door and knocked. Moments later, Beck's mother answered the door and immediately pulled you in for a big hug. You were taken back and confused.

"Y/N!" She shouted on the verge of hysterics. Your heart raced.

"Have you seen my son? I woke up and went into his room, and he was gone. I figured he'd left for school, but he hasn't been home since!" She said.

You were about to cry as well. You were worried, so worried.

She guided you into the house, straight for the kitchen table. You sat, and she served you the food she prepared for dinner. You took a small bite, and wiped your mouth.

"No I haven't, I didn't see him at school at all. Then I went to Wanda's where we go everyday and waited for 3 hours, he never showed. That's why I came here." You said with a shakey voice.

Beck's mother sobbed, and grabbed onto you for a hug. She shook and cried, and so did you. Beck was officially missing, vanished without a single trace. So you phoned the police on the homephone and waited.

*Graduation passes, and another few years*

"Don't lie and, say that it's okay. It's alright if, there's nothing more to say...."

Was the song that the radio chose to blare at this moment. You were driving down the road to your little privately owned candle shop. It had almost been 3 years since your lover, Ingo Beck had gone missing.

You started a search party with police, and walked for hours. You got nothing. A dog had caught a small scent trail, and led you all to the bridge where you shared your first kiss, and had lost it after it led straight to the water.

After months, the case was closed and he was presumed dead. His mother and you grieved and grieved, until she eventually passed away. You moved into her old home and kept it the way she liked, she lived for her son and he was gone.

"So I'm running away, I'm leaving this place...." You sang along with it. This song had described perfectly how you felt.

"Don't tell me, I'm the one to blame. It's too late for you, to make me stay. No I won't stay....."

You began to cry as you sang your heart out. This helped relieve so much off you, all the pain and sorrow.

"So I'm running away  I'm leaving this place. Yeah, I'm running away, I'm running away." You began to cry. You felt phsyical pain fall off your shoulders.

"Faster than you can follow me, from this lonely place. I'm leaving, yeah I'm leaving today! And I, I'll never let you find me, I'm leaving you behind with the past, no I won't look back"

"And I don't wanna hear your reasons, don't wanna hear you tell me why I should stay! Try, try to understand me, try to understand when I say I can't stay"

"I'm moving on from this place, leaving and I won't wait, I'm running away!"

The song ended and you burst into tears. You needed that, you really did. You still felt sad, but now you could at least start your day.

You got out of your car, and went to unlock the shop door. You walked in, flipped the sign to open and went to take your purse and car keys to the back, and hung up your coat.

You did a walk through of the shop and cleaned a few things. You went after you were finshed and stood behind the register, waiting for some business. You had been marking off stock when you heard the doorbell, and didn't even look up.

"Hello welcome in! If you need any help or have questions, just ask!" You said, focused on the inventory paper.

You heard footsteps come straight up, and a boquent of black roses was layed on the counter, with a note. You looked up, and almost fell over onto the floor.

There stood the man who went missing years ago, the man you loved with all your heart and soul, Ingo Beck.

You backed up against the shelves behind you, and stared wide eyed. Beck had changed, he had facial hair and a stronger jaw. He was so handsome before you. He started back at you, with a serious look.

"Y/N.......I have so much explaining to do....." He trailed off.

"Well yeah, no shit Beck! You just disappear out of thin air, and come back?? Where have you been for the last 4 years?" You interrogated.

You picked up the roses, tears falling from your eyes.

"Did you know, we looked for you for almost a year. The police station has you assumed dead here, you just vanished." You said, sniffling. You glanced over at the picture on the wall of you both.

"Your mother and I thought you died. That you just died somewhere. And here you are now, back and perfect." You stuttered.

You looked him in the eyes, and winced.

"Where were you? I needed you, we all did." You questioned.

Beck hesitated, and held out his hand so you could hold it.

"I, I was approached by man when leaving my driveway. He asked if I could help him get his wife from out of the woods where she ran, and I went. When I got to the spot, he knocked me out. Next thing I know I woke up in a house in Russia, halfway across the world." Beck spoke, now tearing up himself.

"I escaped though after 3 years. And I thought about you the whole time, you are the love of my life. This is what kept me going." Beck pulled out his wallet and showed you a photo he had of you. It was you at the beach, posing in your new swimsuit.

You looked up, and began to sob. You took his hand, and hopped over the counter. You wrapped your arms around him and sobbed. He held you close to him, stroking your hair.

"I missed you so much Beck, so much." You weeped.

He hugged you, and squeezed you tight.

"And I missed you, every single day." He said.

"Can I get a second chance, Y/N? Please, please take me back." He pleaded.

You looked up and wiped his tears.

"You never left my heart, Ingo Beck. You don't need a second chance because now you are back in my life, I will always love you." You said, cupping his cheeks.

He smiled, and lent down for a kiss. You kissed back, and held him close. After you both pulled away, he went over and turned the shop sign to closed.

"I see you finally opened your store. It's beautiful, much like you. How about we go to Wanda's? I want a beautiful date on my arm." He said.

You smiled, and grabbed your stuff. You locked arms with him and walked outside. You saw he had a new car, still a mustang but newer and now green. He looked at you with joy. He tossed you the keys, and you looked at him.

"Why don't you take her for a drive. She runs perfect." He offered.

You got in the drivers seat and started the car. It rumbled, and you took off at high speed. You felt whole again, like you could breathe with Beck by your side.
