➥ You would be running our Review Shop by accepting and fulfilling requests from our clients who wish to get their books reviewed by you. In return, you can ask for payments which doesn't go against Wattpad guidelines.
➥ As a reviewer, you'll have to give your reviews along with constructive criticism regarding the book you are reviewing.
➥ You must have a Discord Profile.
➥ You'll have to go through a trial test before we accept you for this post.

➥ You must be very patient and have good concentration to look at all the mistakes in an individual's book carefully, and correct them properly.

➥ You would be the judge for all the awards or contests held by the community on Wattpad and on Discord.
➥ You must be fluent in English and have good grammatical and punctuational skills as you would be judging others on this basis too.
➥ In the times of extreme situation, you might be given more than 1 genre to judge.
➥ You are required to be completely unbiased and patient while giving your judgements and to widen your thinking arenas a little so that you can understand other perspectives too.

➥ If you have a knack of writing compelling articles and guides, this is the job for you. You will be in charge of compiling resources and drafting, publishing Esthetique Newsletter every two months. Proper training and guide will be provided for this post.

TANTALIZING ZIRCONS
{ STORY • SCOUTERS }

➥ Some works are out there that fail to get much exposure and attention, they remain hidden within the thousands of stories somewhere in tags, and that's how many stories remain untold. To recognize these hidden gems and put spotlight on the lesser known writers and works, we are here introducing two new roles in Esthetíque community; by which you, the team members, will be scouting out the stories and bring them to light.

A story scouter is someone who will be working with the team to scout stories via tags. Some tropes or hashtags will be given during the scouting period, on which the team members need to skim through the tags and find books that they think deserve more exposure.

There will be a short mock period of performance before someone is finalized into the team.

LURING JASPERS
{ STORY • MARKERS }

➥ Just like the story scouters group, who are tasked to search through different tags on wattpad and find underrated, undiscovered gems, the story markers skim through the scouted stories and make sure the story is enriched in qualities, readability, and other related points.

A story will be getting spotlight feature after passing through Story markers' keen eyes.

If you're a judge, a reviewer, an editor, or anyone with sharp eye to spot technical, plotline, descriptive, etc mistakes in a book, we encourage you to join our team for this position.

ERBC GROUP ADMIN

➥ Book club group admin is usually asked to manage and monitor a particular group, screen through the feedbacks and nudge the members to keep doing better. One can be a part of the club and opt to be a group admin.
