Shelby's pov
"Shubs?"

I didn't answer. I sat at the bottom of the stairs, crying. He sat next to me.

"Why are you crying?" Cory said.

"I don't like it...." I muttered.

"Hey, Jess is just weird. She just ships everything." Cory said, putting his hand on my shoulder.

"I just don't like it..... It annoys me...." I said.

"You know, it annoys me too. And the one way to fix it is to become a couple. But that's not happening." Cory said.

"Maybe it can...." I said.

"What!?" He said.

I grabbed his shirt collar, and pulled him in.

And he.... KISSED BACK!?

We kissed for a while, and then broke it.

"Cory, I love you, for the longest time." I said.

"How could I not fall for you?" He said.

He kissed me on the cheek.

"There's my present." He said.

I smiled. But that didn't last long. We heard a crash from inside.

"WELL LOOK AT THIS!"
