Chapter 1
((A/N! As you guys should know this book is a celebration of three hundred reads on Paint Our World! I'm so happy I've made it this far to do a sequel! Thank you all! Sorry for the book being so overdue!))
All I feel is cold claws slide under my body and the ground removed from my senses, wind blowing my hair and cloak.
The shouts and yells of my friends slowly fade, sounding farther in distance as my mind fades into darkness.
My name is Seto. And this is the story of how I died. Not actually, though. This is a really fun story, too.

I tap my foot on the cloud, feeling the softness of it. Becoming bored, I fall forward, face planting into the substance. It's like landing in snow when you were a kid.
Swimming through the pile of mist and air, I drop to another layer of cloud. There I'm met with a startled greeting.
"Seto!" a familiar voice shouts. I spin around, seeing the grey cloak of Tyler running towards me. He comes up to me, his face fully saddened.
"Seto, how are you here?"
I sigh, looking down. "I had to do it."
"For what? What could be that important to sacrifice your life?"
"Brice, alright Tyler?! I died so Brice didn't have to!"
Tyler holds his head in his hands. "But.. What'd you guys do that was so dangerous that you got killed?"
I sigh, shaking my head. "Long story.."

After explaining everything to Tyler, we headed our seperate ways. I was watching the sky, until I tripped over something. What could you possibly trip over, air?!
From my fall, I collide with the cloud I stood on, collapsing through the puff. Then everything when white.

I blink, seeing myself in a familiar place. It's... It's the dorm room! I see Brice, sitting on the bunk, playing a guitar. Since when did he have a guitar?
I shrug off the feeling, walking around him slowly. His head is down as he looks at the strings, singing as well. He strums one last note, putting the guitar beside him.
"Just please... Please come back to me, Seto." I hear Brice mumble, wiping a tear from his cheek.
Brice hugs his knees, trying to hold back his tears. It just shatters my heart to see him like this. So.. So broken.
"Don't cry, Brice.. Please don't. I promise I'll return," I softly say.
He looks up, glancing around the room as I say that. "S-Seto?" Wait.. Did he hear me?!
"Brice! Brice, can you hear me?" I ask, hoping it wasn't just that one time.
"Seto! Seto, where are you?" Brice says, standing.
My heart races. I can't believe he can hear me! "Brice, I--"
I'm cut off by the door opening. "Brice, you alright?" Adam asks, peeking into the dorm.
Brice nods. "Yes, yes! I'm more than alright! I- I can hear Seto! He's here!"
"What? How is that possible?"
"I, I don't even know. Seto, talk!"
I clear my throat. "Adam, can you hear me?"
Adam's glancing around the room in confusion. Did he not hear me? Is it only Brice? I begin to think, then a light bulb goes off.
I walk up to Adam, tapping his shoulder. He jumps. "Brice, did you just do that?"
Brice smiles. "Nope!"
Adam's eyes widen in disbelief. "Holy.. Guys, get in here!"
The guys walk in-- Ty, Jason, Mitch and Jerome. "What's up, Adam?"
My lips tug into a smile. I am here, and they'll know I am! "What about Tassy?" I ask. Brice nods.
"Someone get Tassy," Brice says. The guys are still confused. I walk up to the mirror hung on the wall, fogging it up by even standing near it.
I lift my hand and write on the glass. Hi guys! I missed you.
Tassy walks in with Jason. "What's up, guys?"
Grinning, I walk over, picking up a lock of her hair and throwing it over her face. She jumps with a yelp. "Ah! Jason!" Tassy punches Jase in the arm.
Brice shakes his head. "No, no! It was Seto! Look at the mirror!" Tassy looks over at the mirror, jaw dropped.
"Oh my gosh! Where is he?!" Tassy squeals, jumping up and down. I tap her shoulder, causing her to look in my direction.
Jerome speaks up. "Wait, Seto's here right now? How?" Everyone shrugs while I walk over to him. I steal Jerome's animal hat that he always wears and throw it at Mitch.
He tackles Mitch, causing them to wrestle for a while on the floor as everyone laughs.
I look over at Brice, who is just out of breath from laughing so much. I smile, but that quickly fades away. It is like old times, but I'm invisible to them, and I can't be heard by anyone but Brice.
Still frowning, I walk over and rest my head on Brice's shoulder, causing him to glance over at the sudden weight. I see him smile before he looks back over at our wrestling friends on the floor.
Somehow Jason and Adam got into the match, but probably best not to question it.
