I'M GONNA START A JUDGING PANEL!!!!!

there will be a maximum of 3 judges (including me) for each contest. here are the qualifications and such if you want to become a judge:

1.) you must comment/pm me a kind of "resume" thing. the resume must include your experience with creating covers and graphics in general. it must also include any other social media platforms you have, and that's really the only thing you have to put down! (pretty easy so far, right?)

2.) you cannot enter a cover contest if you're one of the judges for it, otherwise it'll be unfair

3.) you must be on time with answering back on who you think should win (at least a day before/after or on the day of the deadline)

questions you might have:

Q: So why do I have to give a resume?...it's just a judging panel.

A: True, but great minds think alike, and (in my opinion), it takes a great graphic designer to know a good cover/graphic.

Q: Why do I need to include my social media?

A: To communicate. Since there's going to be two judges besides me, we need to be in a group chat and PMing on Wattpad doesn't have an option for that, so it'll be easier. If you don't have any social media accounts, we can PM each other or we can email.

Q: Is there going to be the same judges for every single contest? If there is, I don't want to be a judge because I also want to enter the contests.

A: There is going to be a fresh set of judges on the panel for each new contest I create. However, I will still be a judge (since these are my contests). 

Q: What if I can't create good covers but I can tell the obvious differences between an "ok" cover and an "amazing" cover?

A: If you want to be a judge but haven't created any covers, never fear. In your resume, include what you think a good cover should look like and why you want to be a judge (along with any social media platforms if you have them).

onederstruck- will be one of the judges for contest #8 because she won my contest #6 and already agreed to wanting to be a judge. (this was before i came up with this idea and i don't want to break a promise)

I will be adding a judging panel part between the contest rules and the contest entries. for example:

(just an exception for contest 8 and before)

judge roles:

judge #2: chooses the best covers in their opinion and shares them with judge #1 and judge chairperson

judge #1: arranges them on a scale of 1-10. no entries can have the same number

judge chairperson: chooses the 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place (according to the list from judge #1) along with 2 honorable mentions (depending on if we get enough entries)
