I made this and I love it!

I used picsart and superimpose!

1. Go to picsart and open your png. Go to FX and go to artistic and choose pencil. Click the check mark and save.

2. 0pen a white background and then open your png as your foreground merge and save. Open your png you made in picsart and make it the same size as your other one so it fits right on top of the other png. Go to mask and click the masking brush turn the softness up all the way and erase as much of the penciled png as you like. Merge and save.

Now your done! Add a filter if you want then add your text and done!
