For the drawn pictures just look up "outline art"! Or make one of your own.

I did a tutorial for how to do it on superimpose and picsart!

1. Open a colored background of your choice then your picture go to transform and make the filter multiply. Merge and save.

Also if you want to do this on picsart:

1. Open your colored background and go to draw then open your picture turn the filter to multiply. When finished click the check mark and save it.

Add your text and done!
