1. Go to phonto and open a black or white background depending on what color your text is. Add your texted in whatever color you want. Save when finished. Go to superimpose and open your cover and then your title at the top of the home the hammer with the wrench that make an x click that. Now click foreground then it will come up with a screen and at the top it will say perspective click that and then click motion blur.

2. It will blur the text and there are two balls with a line contacting them (it's hard to see in the picture) you can move one ball and make it as blurry as you want when finished hit the check mark. Go to transform and make the filter screen or multiply if you have black words. Mask out the background if needed. Merge and save.

I was so excited to learn how to do this! It worked perfectly for the premade I was making!
