What you need:

Superimpose:
1. Open your picture in superimpose then if you want the cracks the add the picture of the cracks and click plus darker merge and then open the smoke either make the filter screen or lighten whatever you thinks best if you want go to filter and invert the colors add as much smoke as you want merge and save.

Picsart:
1. Basically do the same thing as before go to draw and add the cracks make the filter plus darker then open a new tab and add the smoke make the  filter lighten or screen save when finished.

Add your text and your finished!
