Apps needed: 

Superimpose 

Picsart 

Polarr (or whatever filter app you use)

First off go into your filter app and take your photo and put a filter one it and the name save it.

Superimpose:

1. Open your photo with out the filter as the background and the one with the filter as the foreground. Go to mask and use the polygon brush to make different shape masks when your done save your cover and your done.

Picsart:

1. Open your photo without the filter and go to draw then open your filtered image over to. Click erase and then click shapes and pick whatever shap you'd like then erase whatever parts you'd like and safe when your finished.

Add your text and your done!
