Superimpose:

1.open the color of your choice over your black and white image make the filter multiply then erase everything but what is on the eye merge when finsihed. next Go to whatever text app you use and put your text on a white background then open it over your cover erase the white background and go to filter turn the contrast all the way down and mess with the colors till it's the color of your choice.

2. Now go to transform and make the filter overlay save when finsihed.

Picsart:

1. Open your cover(make sure it's black and white I accidentally didn't do that) color the eye whatever color you want make the filter overlay or multiply then go to your text app and add your text to a white background in whatever color you want.

2. Now add your text to your text to your cover and put it on multiply save when finsihed.
