What you need:

Superimpose:

1. (If you have a Png you want to use and you want a matching background then use the cropping tool and zoom in on a color that's on your png and use it as the background then add your png and merge) Open your image of your person and the go to the same image zoom in close on part of the face and make the crop as small as you can. Then click choose. Next go to mask and erase all the color of the foreground. Now turn the masking brush to erase mask mode turn the softness all the way up and draw the color so it covers the face of your person merge when finished.

2. Then open the glossy texture and go to transform make the filter screen merge and save when finished.

Picsart:

1. (If you want a color background to match your png then open a new tab and put it behind your png then you'd the color dropper to pick a color them color in the tab behind the png.) open your picture in Picsart then go to draw. Use the color dropper and pick a color on the face to use adjust the size of needed. (I like to turn the hardness down a bit) color in the persons face.

2. Now add the gloss texture and make the filter screen apply when finished.

Add your text and filter if you'd like.

You can also do this with flowers for superimposed do the exact same thing as I instructed before. For picsart open your picture go to add photo then upload your flower picture. Next go to erase and erase all the picture then click draw and cover the person face. I search "tumblr flower wallpapers" to find my flowers. Happy editing lovelies!
