Superimpose:

1.open a plan white image as your background then your pngs as your foreground go to mask and use the regular masking tool to erase the faces of your pngs (I left the lips on my idk why but you cabbage if you want) once finished go to transform and place them where you want them on the cover then merge. Next art the water color texture in this chapter and go to the transform tab make the filter screen place it were you want over your png for example how I did below  mask out any unwanted parts merge. Repeat if needed. To make the background a different color take the color of your choice and make it the foreground then go to transform and make the filter multiply erase color off the pngs if needed then save.

Picsart:

1. Open a white background in picsart then go to add photo ad do your png then go to erase and erase the face of your png. When finsihed open another photo and use the water color in this chapter.  Go to blend and make the filter screen erase any unwanted areas. Too make the background a different color you can go to draw and then pick the color of your choice and color it over the cover then make the filter multiply and erase anything on the png if wanted. Save and your finsihed.

Add ons:

Add your text and a filter if wanted and your finished!!
