Superimpose:

1. Open the template in superimpose then the color you'd like to use.  Go to transform and use the filter screen. Than save it. Add your title and open it back in superimpose add your png and your finished save.

Picsart:

1. Open the template and go to draw add your color and make the filter screen. Save it and then add your title. Open it back up in picsart and add your png. Save and your finished.
