Superimpose:
1. Open your cover in superimpose then open your snapchat filter and go to transform and move it where you want merge and save ( I go to mask and mask out everything but one piece of the filter and add one piece at a time it's easier that way)

Picsart:
1. Open your cover in picsart go to draw add you filter move it where you want save when finished.
