Superimpose:

1. Open a colored image of you right choice as the background and another as the foreground go to mask and use the polygon masking tool to make shapes or your choice. Merge when finished

2. Now add a lighting image and put it on soft light save when finsihed.

Picsart: (my screenshots got messed up here and I accidentally deleted them so I apologize)

1. Click draw and the go to custom to make your cover make the with 200 and height 300 then once your finished color the background any color you like you can add a frame I feel you like by going to the shapes tab and making the square brush stoke not full and add your frame.

2. Now you can add whatever you'd like for shapes and when your finished add a lighting to the cover  and make it soft light save when finsihed
