George's Point of View

"Yesterday, what she did, evil." I groaned.

Andy and I were sitting at the table eating breakfast. He made pancakes when I couldn't get up since I was so tired.

"Well, I have an idea of what she's doing." He told me.

"What? What is she doing?"

"Oh, I can't tell you that." He took a sip of orange juice, which he finished. "It would ruin the point."

I nearly growled. "Damn it, Andy! I don't think DJ understands how she makes me feel. Every day since we started talking more, and, God.... even more so since last night she makes me want to..."

"George. Don't get so worked up about this." He teased.

"Then how do I get her to stop whatever she's doing?" I stood up and grabbed my dishes to bring to the sink, which was across the hall, so we were in silence walking to the kitchen.

"Do you want my help?" He asked, rolling up his sleeves to wash his plate first.

"Do you have an effective idea?" I asked.

He nodded, then leaned on the counter after putting his plate away. "You need to seduce her. Make her the one to be impatient. Make DJ the one who is begging on her knees for your love. And I don't mean the general feeling, I mean the sex.

A/N - I actually did some editing to this photo. It's originally black and white, which is why his arm is partially blue. Also, pretend there's no arm around his shoulders AND he's not at the airport anndd that he's not smiling. 💀

I thought for a moment, thinking if that would be a good idea. "I don't know, Andy... We've only known each other for a month. Is that really a smart idea?"

"Well, we go back on tour in a month. Less than that, maybe. So, would you rather have your first time with DJ be on hold for another what, week and a half while you're trying to ignore that strong. Horny. Feeling. that is eating at you while performing in front of thousands of fans, or, do you really want to seduce DJ the day before we leave so you'll force her to give in? As I said, it'll be a short amount of time while we're away from the girls. We'll be back before you know it."

I smiled, a plan already forming in my head. I figured I should write it down before I forgot. I learned to do that when I got really good Ideas. Every time I thought of something that really interested me, I forget within five minutes. "What do you mean 'force her to give in'?"

"I've said too much already." He put his hand up.

"Whatever. Thanks, Andy," I said.

"Where are you going?" He asked.

"Planning." That was all I responded with.

DJ's Point of View

"So, you're making him suffer?"

"That's a little bit of an aggressive term," I said, stepping off of the bus last. "But yes."

We had to take the bus because both of us had to show up early for a project in art. We did really well on the last project, so we got onto the bus to get a couple of extra minutes to help out for the new artwork to be displayed in the hallway.

"For how much longer?" She kept digging for details even when we got inside our apartment.

"I'm not sure. I'm just gonna see how far I can push him until he reaches his limit."

"Interesting." She says. "Maybe I should try that on Andy."

I scoffed. "You're lucky. You can just ask Andy and he'll give it to you."

"You could do it too, you know," She tossed me a yogurt cup and sat on the couch with me. "It's not something to be embarrassed about, it's experimenting for the next time. You know, what do you enjoy, what do you not like, what drives you wild."

"I'm still a virgin. How would I know what drives me 'wild'?" I asked.

"You just know. It's even more annoying when your partner knows. Because then he'll start touching you wherever in public which then makes you that much more desperate to get home."

"I honestly forgot you used to date that one kid-"

"We do not speak of him," She shushed me, and I giggled like a child. "Although, he was good in bed."

Laughing again, I said, "What was his name?"

"Michael Manford." She pretended to throw up. "He was so weird."

"Agreed, I'm happy you left him," I said.

Although the tv was on, and Jeena was watching it, I couldn't stop thinking about my next approach with George. Maybe I'd invite him over tomorrow, and luckily enough it was still a school night. I loved to tease him. I don't think I'd had a feeling such as this one, ever. It was kind of thrilling, in a way.

I have been trying to enjoy as much of George as I can before he leaves for his last destination for tour. I didn't think I needed to worry about that yet, though. When the day came that they would be leaving, then I could mourn his absence. Besides, he would be back in what, ten or eleven days? That's less than two weeks.

It's still a long time though.

I thought I told myself no thinking about this?

Jeena turned off the tv and faced me. "Okay, do you want some tips?"

"For what?" I asked.

"Your first time, of course," She said.

"You would really have that talk with me?" I asked, kind of surprised.

"Of course. I don't want you making any mistakes just like I did."

"Uh, okay. Hit me," I said, a little scared to hear what she had to say.

"First of all, make sure you are as smooth as a baby's butt. Shave, get a professional waxing job. Do whatever you have to do! Makes you look hotter when you're hairless. Second..." She sat up and got pretty serious. "I'm saying this as your friend and as your instructor, but please be safe. the STD rates have been going up..."

"Are you saying George has been sleeping with other people and I didn't know it?" I asked.

"No, not at all! Trust me, I would know that. I ask Andy about George's well-being all the time. I know when he's lying." She got up to throw away her cup but continued talking. "That's not my point. I'm saying, please be careful. As in, make sure that protection is good."

"Okay, now you're scaring me." I laughed nervously. "Should I go on birth control?"

"It's not a horrible idea. I started that." She admitted.

"And I didn't know it?"

"Well, I didn't think it was something you had to know."

"You already know it makes me jealous when I hear you right next to my room. I've said it so many times, Andy must be good. You're lucky we've never gotten noise complaints."

"I'm not having this subject change, I have one last thing," Jeena said. "Go slow. I'm sure George has done this before, so he might even remind you that it's going to hurt at first. Don't give me that look! It takes some time, but soon enough it feels great."

"Okay... slow. I like the sound of that part." I smiled.

"I'm excited for you. Even though, it may not happen for a while." Jeena patted my head like I was a dog.

"Thank you?" I said. "I'll be practicing my breathing while you're watching TV. I have a feeling I'll be having an anxiety attack before this all goes down."

"Have fun." Jeena picked up the remote and started channel surfing.

"Hey George." I said when he called.

"Hey Donna Joe." George laughed.

I frowned. "Did Jeena tell you that's my actual name?"

"No, Jeena told Andy, then Andy told me."

"I'll kill him. Then Jeena." I groaned.

"Do you not like your name?" He asked.

"I just sound like an old woman if I'm not called DJ." I sighed, and opened up a notebook which Jeena had doodled in on the fifth page. It said, hello.

I laughed, writing back hello there.

"I think your name is pretty." His voice got low, and huskier. "One of these days I'll be chanting it."

My mouth dropped and I felt a major amount of butterflies in my stomach. I was thankful he couldn't see the amount of redness my cheeks gained. "George."

"What?" He asked 'innocently'.

"Can you come over tomorrow?"

"I can."

"Annnnnd maybe Friday night? Maybe you can stay over? I was thinking we could go skating if you wanted. Maybe we could even have it be a double date with Andy and Jeena too."

"That sounds like a fun idea. I'm sure Andy would be up for it. What time should we be over by?"

I blew out some air. "We could do nine to eleven forty-five. I heard it's pretty cheep to rent a place out for ourselves."

"We'll be there." His voice was still low. Making me impatient to see him again. How the tables have turned.

Did he know?

I hung up the phone and walked back out into the living room. I saw Jeena on the front porch, smoking.

I came outside and sat down on the chair on the other side. "What are you doing out here?"

"Well I don't want to set off the fire alarm." She placed the cigarette in the ash tray. "Would you help me?"

"Help you what?" I asked.

"Help me stop smoking." She said, tossing me the pack she had in her pocket. "I like life, and I want to be able to smell and taste things normally again."

"How can I help?" I asked

"Don't let me pick up another cigarette." I said

"Well going cold turkey isn't going to help. It'll make you crazy." I said.

"So what do I do?" She asked.

"How many packs do you go through a day?"

She was silent for a while. "I'd say five or six."

"Okay, well that's not as many has a heavy smoker." I tried to cheer her up since she was pretty upset about this whole matter. "How about for the next week or two, we cut it down to three? That way, you'll get used to having fewer and fewer until you don't smoke any."

"Okay, not a bad idea. Thank you." She smiled. "We have to go to work. Can you give me a ride?"

"Sure."

We didn't work in the same place. I worked as a server at a restaurant, and she was a personal trainer. Although her lungs probably weren't the healthiest, her muscles were in great shape. I'd have to ask her to train me sometime. Ice cream has been catching up on me.

I pulled up to Panayiotou's (Ironic, right?) and turned off the car and locked the doors. Funny enough, it wasn't even all Greek food.

"Hey Amanda." I said when I hung up my heavy coat.

"Thank god you're here. we have a ton of reservations for dinner tonight. You're the best we have here."

"So I've heard." I said flipping my hair annoyingly.

"Really. You're quick on your feat." Amanda was resting her head in her hands, which her elbows were leaning on the podium.

"I'll get this first one." She offered. "This is only a family of three."

"Gee, thanks." I said sarcastically.

"Hello, what can I get started for you all tonight?" I asked. A large family of seven came in.

"I want apple juice!" Said the youngest.

The second oldest child went next. "Water is fine."

The rest of the family except for the mom and dad got waters.

I walked back to the drinks stand and pulled out a few glasses, bumping into Amanda.

"Hey, how is your group?" I asked.

"They have the cutest baby girl. She and I have a special bond." She bragged.

"What's her name?" I asked.

"I have no clue."

I laughed, and walked away with the tray of drinks. "Here you all are!"

"Great service! For a busy night, too." The father complimented.

"Thank you, sir. I'll have your wine out in a moment." I said, then walked away to get another order.

The entire night was a success. I earned forty dollars in tips, which was absolutely fantastic. I usually get more than the rest of the employees.

"DJ, it's our turn to lock up for the night." Amanda said to me.

It was dark outside. Two people had to start closing the place because of safety regulations. Nothing ever happens, though. I'm not sure why it's so necessary. Although, it is scarily quiet.

"Where are the keys?" I asked.

"Here," Amanda tossed me the keys, and we walked out.

"I'm freezing out here!" she nearly screamed.

"Shhh!" I sharply spat. "Just because it's late doesn't mean people aren't out here."

'Whatever, is it locked?"

"Yep, see you tomorrow."

I walked to my car and looked up after getting to the door. My heart dropped, seeing a male figure in the darkness before me. I gulped, as he wasn't moving an inch.

I think I forgot how to move for a while. But eventually the guy walked away. I quickly got into my car and fumbled with the keys to turn on the car. "Come on, damn it! Start!"

I drove fast to go pick up Jeena. She got off fifteen minutes after me. Which I really didn't understand. Who wants to workout at nine pm?

I'm sure I left tire marks in the parking lot of the gym she was at. I saw her on the sidewalk, and she came over once she recognized my car.

"Get in." I ushered her impatiently.

"What's wrong?" She asked, noticing my tense mood.

"I don't know, there was this sketchy looking guy near Panayiotou's. He wasn't doing anything, but I felt like he was trouble."

"Well, he's gone now, right?" She asked urgently.

"I guess so." I sighed.

"Why are you sweating?"

"Why do you think I'm sweating?" I choked out.

"Oh," She sighed. "Right. Sorry."

"Whatever."

When I walked into our apartment, I ran to my room and locked the door shut. then I made sure all spots of light coming from the window were completely gone. Finally, I turned on my light before my brain started turning laundry into creepy gang members.
