*Nobody's P.o.v*

It was like any people would call, a normal day. Where the streets are filled with people, stores were opening, and where people wake up from their sleep. The lights on the streets disappear as the sun rises from above.

It was just a normal day.

Also, another normal day to Cross, Cross the skeleton... A...

Not Normal Skeleton.

-Cross's p.o.v-
I was on the couch, wearing a normal work suit and jeans, and also watching the news as I drank some chocolate milk. Ink and Error were both married 1 year ago, ever since then Ink hasn't been visiting me ever since. It was sorta lonely but at least Chara kept me company. If only they didn't stop yelling at me and stuff. I sighed as I watched the news, stuff has been going down lately. Murders, missing people, and crimes were seen...

It frightened me since all those were happening nearby my home. Yet Chara laughed it off and said that it was probably just a person trying to get attention or something like that. I hoped that was true...

Though, I decided not to worry since i'm already having stress on work and life. I sighed as I threw the empty chocolate milk bottle into the trash and stood up. Stretching my bones to make a satisfying crack sound. I then stood up and grabbed my truffle bag that I got from Ink a long time ago. 

Since Ink was so, creative, colorful, and cheerful, of course he'd get me a rainbow bag full of random splotches of color. It really didn't fit my taste, but I had to deal with it since I'm too lazy to buy another one. "Chara, I'll be going to work! Keep my case safe ok? Don't let anyone take it, don't open the door unless it's me, and keep the windows and doors locked!" I yelled out to Chara. I could hear Chara groan and then fall off the couch. 

"Yeah yeah, you told me a billion times!" they said as I hear them run upstairs.  

I sighed, I'm so nervous for them. They're still a child, ever since I found them on the streets, they were always so shy. I'm glad they're cheerful now but...

It's so hard to reason with them...

I walked down to the bus station, wearing my headphones that was connected to my phone. I leaned against the pole, looking up at the sky, I chuckled softly as I yawned slightly. I was tired because of a certain someone who called me 20x times in a row in the middle of 3: AM

Of course, he's always been with me when I'm down, but 20x TIMES??? God, I'm glad that he worries about me but seriously? I laughed slightly but then I slightly felt down, I looked over to see someone with a black cloak. Their face was hidden and they were a complete stranger but they sent a scary aura around the area a bit...

I moved away from him slightly, putting my phone away and holding the heart locket I was wearing. I always wear this heart locket, it was the only thing I had before Dream found me. We went to the doctor and they stated I had amnesia, most likely cause I got hit on the back of my head or so. Dream, Blueberry, and Ink have been caring for me ever since... Is has been about 5 years I think? 

A few moments later, the bus came up and I went inside, looking to see if the other skeleton would follow but instead, he walked away. Weird...

I went to the back, looking out the window as we drove to the next stop. I got my bag up slightly, getting ready for the immense positive feeling's that was going to attack me.

"CROSS!!!!"

I was hugged as I looked up to see Blueberry and Dream. Blueberry giggled playfully and continued hugging me. Dream was looking at me with a warm smile.

I chuckled "Let me go now Blue" I said as Blueberry whined slightly and reluctantly got off of me. I sat up straight as I looked at both of them, smiles plastered their face as they started chattering about the news. Dream didn't look so happy and wanted to change the subject but Blueberry kept on talking about it...

I watched them and looked around, noticing that Ink wasn't going on the bus "Uh... is Ink not here because of the baby?" I asked as Blueberry and Dream looked over to me and nodded their heads but then stayed silent as the bus drove off to where we work. 

"It's actually because... one of the murderer's tried attacking them," Blueberry said in a very sad tone "Luckily nobody got hurt, except Error who fought the murderer to keep both Ink and the child safe... He broke his arm in the process"

It was silent for the whole entire drive. No chattering about the news, Dream wasn't trying to change the subject, and I just slightly looked down. The bus stopped, slightly propelling forward which made me accidentally cause my face hit the seat in the front of us. 

Blueberry noticed and laughed, Dream didn't know, but laughed anyway. My face heated up in embarrassment as I 'Crossed' my arms. "C'mon! We don't want to be late" I grumbled loudly and clearly as I pushed them lightly to tell them to go. They both scurry off to the bus, I was about to just walk off before I felt someone watching me. I turned to look at the window, my eyes narrowing slightly. 

"Hurry up Cross!" I heard Blueberry exclaimed.

"Coming!" I yelled as I walked off the bus, glaring at one certain tree. I then chased after those two who were at the entrance.

"You're so slow!" Blueberry whined.

"C'mon!" Dream said as we all entered and went to our offices. 

- ??? p.o.v -

I watched my brother and his so-called friends leave the bus. My eyes narrowed as I saw a skeleton which seemed awfully familiar to someone... I looked through my notebook to cross out the person I killed last time and found the skeleton named Cross in my notebook. The same person who was with my brother, but instead in different clothing.

I found this notebook in my drawer while going through my room. I had lost a bit of my memory after a battle with my brother's stupid team a few years back.

It was written to capture the skeleton named Cross. I was slightly confused because this notebook has been with me before I lost some of my memory. Why was he needed? Is he useful is some way? That same skeleton which I was supposed to capture glared directly at my hiding place. Does he know I'm here?

He then went off with my brother and the other useless skeleton...

I chuckled darkly.

- Time Skip / Cross's p.o.v-

I was free from work, I groaned as I walked out of the entrance. I then went to the bus station, sitting on the bench and taking out my phone. Texting Dream and Blueberry 

Me: 'I'll be going home early' 

I then closed my phone as the bus drove up. I got on and sat in the seat in front...

I felt as if there was something bad going on, oh how I cringed ever so slightly.

Once the bus drove to my destination, I got off and ran to my house, quickly taking out my keys and opening the door and entering it, locking it from behind. "I'm home Chara!" I yelled out as I put my truffle bag onto the couch. I turned on the lights and went upstairs to Chara's room. I went over to Chara's bed and then smiled as I saw Chara sleeping, very peacefully.

I felt their forehead, glad to know that they were okay. 

I then got out of their room and went to my own room, where a large case there awaited. I picked it up easily, getting out a sword which i've had my whole entire life. 

I then swung it at the air a few times, knowing that if I crash into anything and wake up Chara, there would be a loud argument again. I then checked my phone again.

Me: I'll be going home early

D: Ok! Be safe!

B: You should've waited until I was done with my shift >^<

D: Calm down Blue X3

B: Fiiinneee

D: Cross?

B: He must in the bus already

D: But what if he isn't????

B: Calm down Dream, what do you think happened? Cross getting murdered by one of those people on the news?

D: YES! We need to go over to his house immediately!

B: Yeah Yeah, we could have a sleepover again

I sighed, those two...

I was about to say something til' I heard a loud crashing noise, I quickly went downstairs.

It was silent...
