~ Cross's p.o.v ~

"HOW COULD YOU?! WE MADE A DEAL!" I screamed out as tears started flowing down my cheeks. I heard a dark chuckle from the stranger.

"I only said I'd keep her here. I never said I'd leave her alive" The stranger said as I started thrashing around in his tentacle. Trying to scream for help for Dream or anyone so they could at least heal Chara before its too late.

"Stop screaming and thrashing. It's too late for them, I stabbed them straight through the heart"  The stranger said sinisterly. The tentacle wrapped around me and was holding me up started squeezing me to the point that I was almost suffocating. 

"YOU MONSTER! LET ME GO!" I screamed even louder than before. Suddenly I heard someone slammed the front door open of the house. Hearing multiple footsteps running up the stiars quickly. I noticed Ink, Blueberry, and Dream who stood there. 

"NIGHTMARE! LET CROSS GO!" I heard Dream scream as I started gasping for air now.

"Tch, seems like I ran out of time. Guess I got a bird and a dead rat instead." I heard the stranger which I believe his name was Nightmare said. Suddenly I felt my bones making a huge CRACK as he continued squeezing me. I was in pain as I yelped, I couldn't breathe now and I trying to hold back the tears. My vision blurred but I kept trying my best not to pass out.

Suddenly I saw a bone attack which flew pass me and aimed for Nightmare. Nightmare dodged and loosened the tentacle that was squeezing me. I gasped as I started panting slightly. Then I was thrown outside from the window and I felt fear run throughout my body. I felt like I was gonna hit the ground until I was snatched up from one of Nightmare's tentacles and then I was thrown up into the air. 

I felt like throwing up now, I looked down to see Dream's house which suddenly exploded into black spikes. My eyes widened, "DREAM! INK! BLUE!" I screamed as I felt tears fall from my cheek. 

"Shut up"  I heard Nightmare's voice as I felt a tentacle wrap around me quickly and squeezed me. I flinched as I was still looking down, we were falling and I was screaming in fear now. Suddenly a tentacle went over my mouth to shut me up. After that, a weird portal-like thing opened under us and we went through.

The area flashed white and before long,

My vision darkened...

Nightmare's p.o.v

I landed into my home with the ground crumbling under me. I hissed slightly, clearly annoyed because of how I couldn't successfully kill Dream. Though, I did catch the thing I was aiming for so that's good. I moved the passed-out skeleton which was in wrapped in my tentacles into my arms. 

"So weak... Wonder how he's useful" I muttered as I was still carrying his huge @$$ sword. Dear lord, it was slowing me down when I was attacking. Why the heck does he carry this and how the f*ck is he able to carry it like it's as light as a feather although he's so weak?!

I sighed and then went down to the dungeons in my castle. Putting him in one of the cells and chaining him up just in case. I don't know any information about him, he could possibly have the ability to teleport so these chains are useful then. I put his sword outside the cell and then locked the cell. 

Before walking away I noticed how peaceful he looked when he was asleep. My eyes narrowed slightly and then I sighed. "What ways shall I use to torture him and get the information I need?" I said with a creepy grin. 

I kept that thought in my head and then walked off, excited for the castles to be filled with more negative energy the time that skeleton woke up...

Dream's p.o.v:

Before my brother had used his attack I made a shield around me, Ink, and Blue. It blocked Nightmare's attack but slightly shattered my shield. I then noticed my brother running off with Cross.

"Dang it..." I heard Ink muttered as Blue noticed Chara's dead body laying there. The Chara's soul was long gone and Blue was crying because of Chara's death. He also most likely was crying because of how Cross's life is now in Nightmare's hands. 

"What now?" I said as my brother's attack died down and it was safe to put the shield around us down. 

Ink hissed "We get Cross back before he regains any memory with Nightmare" 

"B-But he might be at where Nightmare lives and we still don't know that location yet!" Blue stuttered out as he picked up Chara's body. I didn't say anything because I was still thinking. My brother wouldn't just steal Cross like that, we made sure he lost all memories with Cross so did someone tell him?? Did something tell him?? How did he know that Cross was here?!

"Dream? Dream??" I felt Blue shaking me and I quickly snapped back into reality.

"S-Sorry Blue..." I said as I looked out the window Nightmare had escaped from. "We're going to need to make another plan..."

Blue then looked down with a bit of sadness in his eyes. "It was probably best if we told Cross at the beginning..." he murmured.

Suddenly it got quiet, almost as if we were all blaming ourselves now... 

I wished I had stayed here so I could've kept a closer eye on Cross. It's my fault not, isn't it...? I felt a tear run down my cheek as it felt as the world had stopped... We'll get Cross back...
