Tai-Ro can't hold the city without help. So No Name and another contacted and got him the best shield equipment as possible. But it is from the most unlikely supplier.

The shield can withstand 10 to the 354 times the atomic blast of the first atomic bomb dropped in World War 2. That is something only exclusive to the larger warships. Tai-Ro never forgets whom gave it and never disclose the real identity.
