»Kira's p.o.v.«

I stood there. Having a staring contest with that demon. Him whipping he's tail none stop. Hearing Rin yelling at me to run. I toned he's voice out and focused on the demon.

'What are you waiting for Kira..? For him to kill you first..?' Kaguya said rather annoyed now.

"If you're not going to attack... THEN I WILL GIRL!!!" The demon threw two garbage cans at me! I dodged the first one, and sliced the second one. It was a mistake, I scattered the trash and it blinded me from seeing the demon come at me. Using the trash cans as a distraction!

"KIRA!" Rin yelled at the top of his lungs at me.

'MOVE FOOLISH GIRL,' now Kaguya yelled.

With their help I was able to react just in the nick of time. But, at that moment, when Rin yelled he brust into blue flames!

"Shit..." I cursed under my breath.

"THIS IS TOO MUCH!! RUN FOR IT!!!" The thugs that were holding Rin said as they took off.

"It looks like I was right about you...!" The demon said as he approached Rin, "those flames are the real thing... The 'Flames of Satan'..! Oh I've been searching for you for so long, young master...! Now... Let us set forth..! Satan-sama awaits us!!"

I ran towards him, I wasn't about to let him take Rin. "Hey, you piece of scum! Have you've forgotten about me! I'm you're oppenent!" I swang my sword at him which he dodged easily, "Hardly you pest..!" Then he did an uppercut, which he managed to make contact on the left side of my stomach.

I pulled away quickly, but lost balance in my left leg due to the shock of the pain. Groaning, I firmly gripped my sword thinking of my next move.

The demon laughed at me, and looked as if he should finish me off or not. I probably look pathetic to him right now... and not worth his time.

'Listen... Recite a holy prayer girl... Then I'll tell you what else to do," Kaguya's voice once more came through.

"B-but I don't any!" I said rather weakly.

"Then perish girl..."

If I don't, I will die. And he might attack Rin. I wanna help, I don't want to die without being of use in this world!

"Fine!" I said as I stood up and pointed my sword to the demon.

"Back for more girl? Guess you really want me to rip you apart!" He licked his lips and grinned evily.

"Stop it Kira!"

"No! Stay put Rin!" I put my other hand infront and placed my sword horizontally. I quickly started thinking of a prayer, then something came to me. Closing my eyes I started, "The Lord is my helper..."

"Fuck! I'll finish you off before you have a chance to finish me!" He growled at me as he raced towards me.

"And my shield! Demon... perish were you stand!" I finished and waited for Kaguya's next instrution.

"DIE!!!"

"KIRA!!!" Rin yelled.

'Now, repeat with me...' Kaguya said.

"'Celestial Moon Dance!'" We both said in harmony.

I opened my eyes and saw he was infront of me, he's sharp nails about to strike me once more. I felt no fear, I didn't feel anything at the sight of him. Adjusting my sword upwards I pushed forward. Quickly and silently I was on back of the demon, he stayed frozen the way he was when I first opened my eyes. Then a bloody scream was heard from him, "GUAAAAAHHHHH!!"

I turned to look at him and I saw as the demon possessing he left he's body. After that he dropped to the floor, unconscious.

I stabbed the sword into the ground for support. I was panting heavely, that attack took too much of my energy. My vision was getting blurry, and I felt as if I was fall backwards. I was waiting to hit the floor, but never made contact. Blinking I looked up a and see Rin.

"You idiot what were you thinking!?" He scolded me.

Smiling weakly I answered him, "Protecting you dummy heh."

He was ready to say something, but instead choked a bit and blushed slightly, "I've could've protected myself you know..."

"No you couldn't."

We heard an all too familiar voice coming from behind us. We looked and standing behind Rin was Shiro, "You did a wonderful job Kira. Are you considering becoming an exorcist? You have the gift and talent for it."

I hadn't considered that at all. Not even before I got Kaguya the sword. But then again its no time to be thinking of this, "Father, I don't think its time to talk about this..."

"You're right. Rin help Kira and follow me. Quickly."

"Wah?! Wait what is going on anyway? Is that guy ok? Before he looked like some kind of demon, and he called me 'young master'. What's going on?"

Shiro helped me up sense Rin was busy asking questions. Sighing I decided to answer one of he's question, "He's fine. I just sorta exorcised the demon that possessed him. I don't know how I did it, but I did."

He slightly nodded. Then instead Shiro carried me bride style, which made me blush slightly and protest, "N-no need for t-that S-Shiro!"

"No time. We have to get Rin out of here quickly into a safe place," he said as he started walking.

"Wait! You still haven't answered me!" Rin raised he's voice once more.

"I dare say you see them now... the demons?" Shiro said as he blew a couple of the coal tars away.

He freaked out as he saw the coal tars, "These are demons?!"

"Indeed," he was getting ready to explain, "this world you see consists of two dimensions joined as one, like.mirror. The first is the world in which we live, Assiah. The other is the world of demon, Gehenna. Ordinarily, travel between the two indeed any kind of contact between the two is impossible. However the demons... can pass over into this world by posessing anything that exist within it. These little ones for instance are known as 'coal tar',"

Shiro pointed out to them. And Shiro nodded once more, "They are possessing particles of dust. They gather around darkness and dampness and around humans with a dark nature. But no matter."

Shiro started walking faster then before, making Rin almost run to catch up to us. Shiro looked worried, "You will come to understand. Thanks to this incident they have learned of your awakening. All kinds of people will doubtless come after you for various different reasons. you must be hidden before they find you..."

"Wait!" Rin stopped and stared at Shiro rather confused after he explain mostly everything to him, "hide?! Awaking..? What are you talking about?! Hell what the... What the hell am I?!"

"You are the son of a demon. Botn of a human, impregnated by a demon. And not just any demon, you are the son of Satan..." I said to Rin. Taking the words right out of Shiro's mouth. And leaving Rin in total shock.

»back at the monastery«

I was sitting on the bed. All I could do was watch as Shiro packed stuff in a bag and explain to Rin more of the situation. And Rin was confused as hell from the looks of it.

Once Shiro had put in Rin's arms all he would need, Rin decided to throw it aside, "SCEW THAT!!"

"Rin..." Both me and Shiro said.

"What's going on all of a sudden...? Demons... Demons! You're tell me they actually exist?! This has gotta be some.kind of joke!! Hell what about Yukio?!"

"You guys are fraternal twins, plus Yukio was weak so the power rejected him. The power was passed to you alone Rin," I said.

"And how is it you know so much about me Kira?!"

"Secret."

"Er? Whatever, but that's just... How the hell... Why didn't you tell me?!" He kept going on.

"... I intended to raise you as an ordinary human. As long as you remind human, that is..."

"What about the intetview?! You tell me I need a job, but the moment I stop being 'human' or whatever... You just sent me off god-knows-where?!

"Rin, its not like that!" I try to help but he glares at me to stay out of it. Which hurts me. And I know he's getting ready to say that...

"That's not it!" Shiro says, "this is for your protection..!"

"Protecton?! You're getting rid of me! Don't give me that crap!!!" He quiets down and bit and looks a bit sadden, "after all... I'm just some random kid..."

"ENOUGH!!!"

Both Shiro and Rin look at me. Then their eyes widen in surpise. I'm sure they noticed my tears, and trying my best to hold them in I speak up, "Rin s-stop it! If you don't y-you'll end up regretting what you're a-about to say..." I couldn't help but sob like a child.

"But Ki-" he tried to say more but I cut him off again.

"Trust S-Shiro. He cares a-alot more then you t-think! And you won't be a-alone..." I wobble to where Rin was standing and took he's hands and looked at him in the eyes, still crying I managed a smile, "I'll be with you. I won't leave you alone. B-but please do as he s-say for now, Shiro really is doing it for y-you're protection."

Rin looked at me and he seemed to have calm down. I turned to Shiro, "I'll go with him and look after him, thank you Father."

Shiro didn't know what to make of this. So instead he picked up the stuff that Rin threw aside. Rin noticed this and helped Shiro pick up the stuff, "I'll trust you both. I'll do as you say."

"Then both of must get going..." Shiro managed to say, "I'll explain the situation to Mephisto later. Now go outside and call him Rin."

He nodded at Shiro, and I took he's free hand and pulled him out of the room. All wobbling I did manage to lead him out infront of the monastery.

"Who are you really Kira?" Rin asked me as I pulled him.

"Just someone who wants to help."

Once outside the monastery Rin started screaching for the phone. So I offered to hold the stuff so he could call.

When we saw a man approaching us. He was wobbling worse then me, and he seemed fine by the looks of it. Rin quickly ran after him, worried. To me, it didn't seem right... Then I threw the stuff down expect Kurikara and ran the best I could towards Rin, "NO DON'T RIN!!"

At that he looked at me and the man brust into blue flames! I reached Rin and pulled him back a bit, "What the hell?!"

"Stay sharp!" I scolded him as I handed Kurikara to him, "be ready to use it!"

"But Father Fuji-"

"Nothing will happen, trust me," I smiled at him which seem to ease him a bit.

"...Son... of mine!" The man spoke, "... How have I waited for this moment..!"

Rin pulled back a bit, "Is he..?"

"Yeah..."

The man brust into even more flames and grow sharp teeth, long ears, he's nails and he's tongue grew as well, he's eyes changed too. He laughed cynically, "...GAAAHHHHAAHHAH- JUUUUUUST KIDDIN' YAAAA! GYAAHHHAHHAAHHAAAA!!"

At that laugh both me and Rin froze in place. I couldn't find the strength in me to move. I was but a helpless child infront of this monster... Both me and Rin were...

"Hey there son! Doin' good? That's right. The man HIMSELF has come all the way out here just to see his cute little boy! So look happy!"

"Y-you're... A... A demon..."

I wanted to say, 'really, we were just through this...' Honestly Rin...

"The name's Satan. God of demons and your one and only father. You can call me 'Papa' if you like! GYAHAHA!!" He looked away from us and looked at his hand, "Now then... I'd reall like to stick around and savour this touching reunion... But I'm thinking this guy's body... Isn't going to last too, you know?" He pulled the finget and started spilling blood, and getting ready to open the door to Gehenna! And I was right, he's weird chant started and the gate statted appearing before us.

"I'm the only demon there is with the power to creat this. Thr Gehenna Gate!" He came towards us now, "Now then, let us go! Gehenna's waiting! Oh, right hand over the sword... So I may release your power!"

"Never going to happen!" I got infront of Rin, "Kaguya, I ask for you're help once more!"

'As you wish... But this shall be an even more of a challenge. You may even die...' Kaguya warned me, but what choice did I have?

"Ooh? And who's this girly? You're girlfriend son...?" Satan asked laughing at me.

"No! Just a friend!" I ran towards him and started swinging my sword.

"Are you for real? GUAHAHA!!! DO YOU ANY IDEA OF WHO I AM, GIRL?!" He laughed even more as I swang at him.

"Someone I will stop, in order to protect Rin!" Grunting I got ready for my attack, "Celestial Moon Dan-"

I was hit in the stomach really hard. I spit up blood, "I don't have time for you pest gyahahah!" He then threw me into the gate!

"Shit!!!" I cursed.

"KIRA!!!" Rin yelled and ran towards me trying to reach me.

"No you don't! Any that enters can't escape," Satan grabbed him by the neck collar. Smiling at Rin he said, "You know, I'm a perfect entity with infinite power. But there's one, thing just one little thing, that I don't have. You know what that is? A substance in this world of Assiah powerful enough to contain me!!! Anything I touch in this world is doomed to destruction. Just like this body... and just like your mother..! Its Assiah that I want...!"

I then saw him throw into the Gate with me. I had to think quickly before were both goners!

"You exist in the world of Assiah," Satan went on. Which gave me and idea, "... And yet you bear the blood... of the God of Gehenna..!! YOU ARE EXACTLY WHAT I NEED TO MAKE ASSIAH MINE!!!

"HELP ME!" Rin screamed, which I was already working on the plan.

"HAHAHAHA!! SUCH LOVELY SCREAMS! YOU ARE ABOUT TO BE REBORN, MY SON!

"SOMBODY!! HELP US!!"

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY ♪! AND WELCOME TO GEHENNA! HAHAAAAHHAHHAAAH!!!...UNGHH..." he stopped laughing, and noticed my sword through he's chest, "DAMN YOU!!"

He fell into the gate with us. He was dead, so I pulled out my sword and did my best to try and free us, "Damn.. No good. Rin use Kurikara!"

"Bu-"

"If you wanna live do it!" I raised my voice at him. He nodded and made it to where I was. He told me to hold on and with that, he took he's sword out. Revealing he's demon attributes and he's brillant blue flame. He slashed the Gate, making it vanish in an instant.

Leaving now a hald demon and a half dead woman next to him. And deciding to show up, came Shiro to our aid. Next thing I remember is seeing Rin turning back into human, and Shiro by our sides. Pancing like a mad man, while I start closing my eyes into a deep slumber once more.

»Shiro's p.o.v.«

I sat in the room where Rin and Kira were resting. They put up quite a fight. I only wished I could've helped them, but the blue flame barrier of Satan prevented me from assisting them.

I picked up my cell and dialed the number one on speed dial. I heard it ring once, twice and then, "Shiro, do what do I owe the pleasant surprise?"

"He has awaken, so could you come and pick him up tomorrow?" I said half-hearted.

"Why not now hmm?"

"Their injured they need time to recover. They held their own against Satan," I chuckled a bit and smiled at them, "you should've seen them."

"Who do you mean by them?" He sounded curious to know.

"This girl, named Kira Keinz. She's been living with us for sometime now. And today she took two demons out for her first time. One being a lowly demon and the other She saved Rin from Satan and he's gate."

"That's... interesting indeed..." He sounded more intrigued by her.

"That's not all," I wanted to explain her situation.

"Oh? Do tell Shiro."

"She's not a normal girl, well she is. Just that she's not from here. She's from another dimension."

"So from Gehenna?"

"No, another dimension. Where this world apparently is just an anime show. And she's a big fan of the show."

"Huh?" He sounded like he was having a hard time to believe what I just said, "surely its a joke. She's pulling your leg."

"I assure you that she's not. She showed me hard proof evidence of everything she told me. She knows exactly how everything will play out."

There was a really long pause. I thought he hung up on me, but no, he started to mumble something under he's breath. I couldn't make out what he was saying. Then he started talking again, "So what shall we do?"

"Ah your back! Thought you died on me hahaha!"

"Would take alot more then that to even leave a scratch on me, old friend haha," he started laughing along with me.

"But, I wanted you to enroll her in the academy."

"Why?!"

"She has the talent for it. She was able to make a contract with a demon sword. And like I said before she took down a demon with no help, and stop Satan from taking Rin."

"... Fine, but I have to speak to her personally."

"For what?"

"Stuff my friend," that was all he said.

"Tomorrow then?"

"Tomorrow. Well, until then."

I hung up and started at my cell. And then took a seat in between both beds to watch them.

"Do get well you two, for tomorrow everything changes. Most likely Kira, you'll become one fine exorcist."
