"That speech last night was....something," I sighed as I got comfortable next to Fred. We had just gotten onto the Hogwarts Express and found a compartment with George, Lee, Angelina, Alicia, and Katie.

"No kidding," Katie agreed. "The Hufflepuffs were so upset."

"And poor Harry looked exhausted," Lee spoke.

"Yeah he really hated the attention," I frowned. "This whole thing's got him so upset."

"I love how close you and Harry are," Fred mumbled, playing with my hair.

"Well yeah," I laughed lightly, "he's my brother."

"It's crazy how fast you guys adapted to that," George said.

"Yeah I guess." I shrugged. "But it always kind of felt that way. I remember watching him get sorted and feeling some sort of pride when he made Gryffindor. Not in a, 'that's The Boy Who Lived way.' Just a 'he's gonna go far.' "

"That's so sweet," Angelina grinned.

"Not as sweet as you and George," I teased, sending them a wink. They both blushed, immediately becoming flustered.

"Yeah but nobody's as sickeningly sweet as you and Fred," Katie groaned.

"But we take pride in that," Fred chuckled.

"Lee and I are so the cutest couple, though," Alicia scoffed.

"Please! That spot is permanently reserved for Ange and I!" George laughed dryly.

"As if!" I snorted. "Have you seen Fred and I?!"

"Uh, have you seen Alicia's arse? Ouch! I was only joking, Love!"

"Lee Jordan you can't just stare at my arse!" Alicia scolded.

"Wasn't the first time, won't be the last," Lee grinned cheekily.

"Feeling like a mega third wheel over here," Katie sighed loudly. "Or would it be seventh wheel?"

"You just haven't met the right guy yet, Katie," I insisted.

"Yeah," Lee agreed. "There's some bloke out there just waiting for you to fall into his arms."

Katie bit her lip in contemplation, looking down at her hands.

"Actually I—"

Suddenly there was yelling coming from outside the compartment. We all immediately stood up, racing to get outside. Fred, George, and I were the first out and the first to make it down the thin corridor where Malfoy and his goons were taunting Harry.

They're gonna get it.

"You've picked the losing side, Potter! I warned you! I told you you ought to choose your company more carefully, remember? When we met on the train, first day at Hogwarts? I told you not to hang around with riffraff like this!" Malfoy yelled, waving his arms around. "Too late now, Potter! They'll be the first to go, now the Dark Lord's back! Mudbloods and Muggle-lovers first! Well–second–Diggory was the f—"

Before I could even do anything, Fred and George shot spells into the compartment. The room filled with sparks emitting deafening bangs that sounded like fireworks. Spells were shot between the fourth years as the twins and I stood back in amusement as Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle fell unconscious.

"Thought we'd see what those three were up to," said Fred matter-of-factly, stepping onto Goyle and into the compartment. I snorted and followed, stepping over Goyle's body. George was careful to tread on Malfoy as he joined us.

"Interesting effect," I spoke, looking down at Crabbe. "Who used the Furnunculus Curse?"

"Me," Harry said, raising his hand a little.

"Odd," George commented. "I used Jelly-Legs. Looks as though those two shouldn't be mixed. He seems to have sprouted little tentacles all over his face. Well, let's not leave them here, they don't add much to the decor."

"No, they don't," I agreed, frowning lightly. "Kind of an eyesore really."

Ron, Harry, and George kicked, rolled, and pushed the unconscious Slytherins our into the corridor before rolling the compartment door shut.

"Exploding Snap, anyone?" Fred asked, pulling out a deck of cards.

We all agreed, sitting in a circle on the ground. Lee, Alicia, Angelina, and Katie hadn't come in so we figured they wandered off to do their own thing.

"Always been quite rubbish at this game," Hermione grumbled, flinching as a card burst into flames.

"That's why you should always be prepared to sacrifice the person next to you," I said in a mock wise voice. Which really just sounded like Dumbledore on crack.

As if on queue one of mine exploded and I instinctively ducked behind Harry, who happened to be on my right.

"Harry, whatever anyone says, never shave your eyebrows," I said seriously, waving a finger at him.

"Thank you, Scarlett," Harry grumbled. "What would I do without you?"

"Why would you even think that Harry?!" I cried out. "Someone as fabulous as me not existing in this world?! What would you do?!"

"I wouldn't have love in my life," Fred sighed sorrowfully.

"Don't feed into her!" Harry exclaimed, flailing his arms around.

"It's not my fault you don't know how to appreciate great things, Harold," I scowled.

"My name's not Harold..." Harry mumbled sourly.

"Sure, Harold."

"You know what I'll change the topic," Harry scowled. "Fred, George—"

"Oh Merlin," I cursed.

"You going to tell us, then?" Harry asked them. "Who you were blackmailing?"

"Oh," George muttered darkly. "That."

"It doesn't matter," Fred scoffed, shaking his head impatiently. "It wasn't anything important. Not now, anyway."

"We've given up." George shrugged.

"So then you won't mind telling us," Ron tried.

"It's not worth it," Fred denied.

"Oh just tell us," Hermione groaned.

"All right, all right," Fred sighed. "If you really want to know...it was Ludo Bagman."

"Bagman?" Harry questioned. "Are you saying he was involved in—"

"Nah," George said gloomily. "Nothing like that. Stupid git. He wouldn't have the brains."

"Well, what, then?" Ron asked.

"They made some stupid—" Fred cut me off with a cough that sounded awfully like 'brilliant', "—bet that they won, but Bagman paid them in leprechaun gold."

"So?"

"It bloody vanished!" George cried out.

"But – it must've been an accident, mustn't it?" Hermione tried.

Fred laughed bitterly.

"Yeah, that's what we thought, at first. We thought if we just wrote to him, and told him he'd made a mistake, he'd cough up. But nothing doing. Ignored our letter. We kept trying to talk to him about it at Hogwarts, but he was always making some excuse to get away from us."

"In the end, he turned pretty nasty," George huffed. "Told us we were too young to gamble, and he wasn't giving us anything."

"So we asked for our money back," Fred glowered.

"He didn't refuse!" Hermione gasped.

"Right in one," said George.

"But that was all your savings!" Ron exclaimed.

"Exactly!" I practically screamed. "All of our savings for the shop, just flushed down the drain! There's no bloody way we can continue making products with just my allowance, better yet buy out a lot!"

"It's okay, Love," Fred sighed, wrapping an arm around me. "We'll figure it out. We can sell what we've made so far once we start school up again, and then I'll get a few jobs once we graduate."

"Is it really that important?" Hermione asked. "I mean, no offense, but why not do something more...beneficial?"

"Like work for the Ministry?" I scoffed. "Hermione, I see where you're coming from, but this is what we love. Having a shop means we get to share with other people what we love."

"Couldn't have said it better myself," Fred grinned, kissing my forehead.

"Don't get all gross now," George groaned, dealing out the cards again.

The rest of the ride went by fairly fast, and soon enough we were pulling into the platform.

Fred, George, and I had gone back to our first compartment to get our trunks and were just about to leave when Harry stopped us.

"Hey! Guys! Wait a minute!" Harry panted, closing the compartment door for some privacy.

"What's up, Harry?" I asked, smiling brightly at him.

My smile vanished when he pulled out his Triwizard winnings.

"Take it," he said, shoving it into George's hands.

"What?" Fred asked, looking flabbergasted.

"Take it," Harry repeated firmly. "I don't want it."

"You're mental," said George, trying to push it back to Harry.

"No, I'm not," Harry denied. "You take it, and get inventing. It's for the joke shop."

"He is mental," I said in awe. "Harry, think about what you're doing. We appreciate it, but it's your money."

"Listen," Harry said firmly. "If you don't take it, I'm throwing it down the drain. I don't want it and I don't need it. But I could do with a few laughs. We could all do with a few laughs. I've got a feeling we're going to need them more than usual before long."

"Harry," George said weakly, weighing the money bag in his hands, "there's got to be a thousand Galleons in here."

"Yeah," Harry grinned. "Think how many Canary Creams that is."

We all just started, mouths gaping.

"Just don't tell Mrs. Weasley where you got it...although she might not be so keen for you to join the Ministry anymore, come to think of it...."

"Harry," I began, but Harry pulled out his wand.

"Look," he said flatly, "take it, or I'll hex you. I know some good ones now. Just do me one favor, okay? Buy Ron some different dress robes and say they're from you."

I let out a small, choked sob, wrapping my arms around him tightly.

"We don't deserve this," I cried into his hair.

"Please," he scoffed, "you three deserve so much. But...if I can add on to the favors, I want Godfather to you and Fred's first baby."

"Oi!" George laughed.

"Oh you'll get second," Fred waved him off, ignoring my dark blush.

"Harry, we honestly can't thank you enough," Fred added, patting Harry on the back and grabbing my hand. He wiped some of my tears away while Harry shook his head.

"Dress robes and first child," he reminded, waving as he exited the compartment.

"I'm gonna go say bye to Angelina. You two say your goodbyes," George said, winking at us. "Oh, and I'm gonna go see if I can return this to Harry one last time." George added, holding the bag of money up.

"Try twice," Fred sighed, a smile threatening to break through.

"And if he denies again, get on your knees and kiss his bloody goddamn toes," I laughed, not bothering to hide the smile.

This money covers the products, the lot in Diagon Alley we've been eyeing, and the interior and exterior designing.

"Definitely," George laughed shakily, grinning ear to ear. The door slid closed behind him and then it was just Fred and I.

"I'm gonna miss you," I smiled up at him.

"And I you," he replied, tucking a piece of my hair behind my ear, "but I'm sure we'll see each other soon from what Mum's been saying in her letters."

"Still," I sighed, "we've got at least two weeks before we see each other."

"It'll go by fast. I promise," he muttered before pressing his lips against mine.

I kissed back eagerly, wrapping my arms around his neck while his found my waist. His soft lips moved hungrily, taking in as much as he can before we can't. My fingers found his hair and I had to stand on my toes to reach him. He laughed into the kiss, picking me up so that my legs wrapped around his waist. My back hit the wall and the snogging session got more heated.

Fred's hands were traveling up the back of my shirt when the train whistled, signaling it was going to leave soon.

"Bloody hell," Fred huffed, gently setting me down so that we could get our trunks. I giggled at his grumbling, taking his hand and walking down the thin corridor.

When we exited we were met by my grinning Mum and Molly's pissed off face.

"Scar your hair's a mess," Mum laughed, fixing it for me.

"Yeah and your skirt's lopsided," Molly scowled. "Please tell me you two didn't hav—"

"No, Mum!" Fred exclaimed, our faces flushing.

"Not on the train," Mum mumbled to herself, laughing as I swatted at her.

"I'm glad you find this amusing, Clairesse," Molly scoffed. "Sex is not something to just play around with. You do it with someone you love."

"Are you implying that I don't love Scarlett, Mum?" Fred asked before Mum could say the snarky remark I knew she was itching to scream.

"You've only been together for a few months! Of course I don't think you're in love!" Molly fumed.

"Well then you're gonna have to get over it," I stated. "I love Fred, Fred loves me, we're in love, and there's really nothing you can do about that."

"Fred can you honestly look me in the eye and tell me you love her?" Molly asked, rounding on Fred.

"Yeah," Fred scowled, walking towards her until he was right in her face. "I love Scarlett Carina Black and there isn't a bloody damn thing you can do about it."

"Fred Weasley you get out of my face before I ground you for the rest of your life."

Fred scoffed, turning away from her.

"Clairesse, I suggest you talk to your daughter before Albus's plans are enforced."

"Sure, Molly, I'll talk to Scarlett," Mum agreed through gritted teeth.

Molly nodded firmly, walking away to join with the rest of her family.

"Merlin, Fred, how do you live with her?" Mum seethed, glaring daggers at the back of her head.

"She hasn't always been like this...," Fred sighed. "She's just still holding grudges against Sirius I suppose."

"For no reason," I added.

"I suppose," Mum nodded. "Well, you two say your goodbyes and I'll wait over there for you, Scar." She pointed over to the barrier wall.

"Oh, and please, try not to undress each other in front of Molly. She'll throw a fit."

"Mum!" I blushed as she walked off with a wave.

"I wish my Mum was as cool with us as yours," Fred sighed, caressing my cheek.

"She's...I don't know. Maybe she'll warm up to me eventually."

"But you don't deserve her. You don't deserve the things she says about you. You don't deserve her const—"

"Fred, Baby, I don't care," I laughed, grabbing his hands. "I know that you love me. I don't need her to tell me whether or not you love me. All I need is you."

He smiled weakly at me, rubbing his thumb over my hand. "Well, then, know that I love you with all of my heart, and my grouchy old mother isn't going to change that."

"I love you too," I grinned.

"I'm gonna miss you so much," he laughed, hugging me tightly.

"Who wouldn't," I joked, hugging him back. He chuckled at me, pulling back to peck my lips.

"We better get going," he said sadly.

"Yeah...," I sighed.

"Bye, Baby," he frowned, kissing my forehead.

"Oh come on you'll see each other in two weeks!" Mum shouted. "Just kiss one more time and then get your arse over here!"

"I love your Mum," Fred laughed.

"You're supposed to love me!"

"Meh."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I know that I make Dumbledore look bad in this. Personally, I think he is bad. I do it on purpose. He's someone I can easily use as a bad guy and not feel bad about it.
But Molly. I love Molly. She's great. But for some reason I've made her a bitch. It wasn't ever intentional, and I remember the first time I did it too. The first chapter she was mentioned in at the Leaky Cauldron she made some remark and ever since then she's just been a bitch.
Whoops?
Anyway, I've gotta get ready for school. I hope you all have a bloody brilliant day. I love you! ¡Adios!
