I am Y/N L/N, the Super High School Level Friend who is able to be friends with everyone

Even Junko and Muruko

You just needed to say hi, make a conversation then you get a new friend

I am pretty popular at school but I usually don't think of that

People are nice to me since I am nice to them

Although I don't hang out with the popular kids

I only hang out with my childhood friend Makoto Naegi

I have a small...crush on him but he has a girlfriend

Her name is Sayaka Maizono

She is really lucky to have a boyfriend like Makoto...literally

He is the Super High School Level Luckster but he is really kind and would be the person that never abandons you

But lately he hasn't been talking to me much

We don't even have fun anymore

If we talk he would always talk about Maizono, Maizono, Maizono, Maizono

I'm a little sick of her name but that can't stop me from trying to stay positive 

Makoto is happy, so I'm happy!

If I cry over a small thing then that wouldn't be very good

Now that I think about it....he has friend-zoned me once...

"Hey Makoto-Kun?  Can you meet me at the rooftop today after school?"

Makoto: sure!  See you after school

It's not or never!

After school we met up

"Hey Makoto-Kun!  You came!"

I give a bright smile

Makoto: Yup!  What did you want to tell me?

"I wanted to say that I like you!  A lot!"

I slightly blush and Makoto smiles

Makoto: really!  I like you too!

"That makes me really happy!  I though you were going to say no..."

Makoto: Of course I like you!  We are childhood friends and BFFs remember?!

Ah....that's what he ment......

"O-oh yeah!  Oh course!"

I resist the eruge to cry and have my voice crack

Makoto looks at his watch and tells me that he needs to go while I just stand there's smiling

Ouch...that hurts a lot....I just got friend-zoned.....

But I can't cry, if Makoto is happy, then I'm happy

I ended up leaving school with a smile on my face

Then after I saw Makoto and Maizono together behind the school

Makoto confessed to Maizono and she said yes

I obviously still smiled and congratulated Makoto after

But he couldn't see that Maizono's smile wasn't genuine and that she had a crush on the baseball player named 'Leon Kuwata' who was really famous

Still I said nothing and now here we are

Me trying to comfort Makoto since Maizono broke up with him

I'm just hugging him listening to him giving positive remarks

"It's okay Makoto-Kun!  I'm sure there is someone out there better for you!  They will always be by your side and make sure you are happy!  I'm sure of it!"

Makoto: r-really?!

"Yup!"

I give a smile at Makoto just so he feels better

Makoto: thank you so much Y/N-Chan!  I feel much better now!  Maybe I can move on and have a better person to be my girlfriend who will be just like what you said!

Hopefully.....

"I'm glad Makoto-Kun!"

I smile again but what is there to be glad about?

No!  Don't think that!  Stay positive!

The next day we started to hang out more

Makoto became his cheerful self but still glances at Maizono a bit

At least he isn't as obsessed over her now

One time when we were eating I caught him staring at me

"Hey Makoto-Kun?"

Makoto: y-yeah!

"Is there something on my face?"

Makoto looks down trying to cover up his blush

Makoto: um..no.....

"Oh, because you have been staring at me for a bit.  You should eat though since you haven't touched your lunch"

Makoto: yeah, thank you

He starts eating

I wonder what's up with Makoto now....

This is concerning now....

"Hey Makoto-Kun?"

Makoto: yes?

"Can I sleep with you tonight?"

Makoto spits out his water and wipes his mouth blushing while I grabbed some paper towels to clean up the mess he maid

Makoto: w-what did you say?

"I asked if I can sleep with you, like what we used to do when we were kids"

Makoto: oh....sure Y/N-Chan

Makoto's face becomes really red

"Makoto are you okay?  You've became really red"

Makoto: I-I'm Fine!  I-I

I place my forehead on his face

"Woah you are really hot now!  We need to get you to the nurse's office!"

Makoto: l-like I said I'm fine Y/N-Chan!

After a long time Makoto exit the nurse's office flustered

Makoto: Y/N-Chan the nurse said I was fine....

"Oh sorry!"

Makoto: it's fine

Timeskip

I change into my pajamas and enter Makoto's room

"Wow it hasn't changed much, and the old stuff we used to play together is still there"

Makoto: yeah....

"What should we do now?"

Makoto: sleep I guess, it's almost 24am (Japan uses a 24 hour clock so yeah)

"Fineeeee"

I enter the bed which surprisingly was able to fit me and Makoto

"Good night Makoto-Kun"

Makoto: g-good night

Timeskip again since I am super lazy

Makoto has been avoiding me lately...

Whenever I try to talk to him his face turns a bit pink and he runs away with a excuse

I wonder why....

I am currectly walking to my locker so I can change my shoes and leave

But I find a note in my locker

Dear Y/N

Please meet me at the back of the school near the cherry blossom at 15:30pm

M. N.

Wait...

What time is it?

Oh shoot, what time is it?

I check my watch and it is 15:28pm

Oh shoot I need to run!

I run all the way to the cherry blossom at the back of the school and see Makoto there waiting for someone

Now that I think about it the initials on it did say 'M. N.'....but it could have been someone's else who is a stranger to me....

I walk up to Makoto

"Hi Makoto!  Were you the one who sended me this letter?"

Blush spreads across his cheeks

Makoto: yes...

"So what did you want to talk about?"

Makoto: well....

His face becomes red as he speaks really quickly

Makoto: IREALLYLIKEYOUPLEASEGOOUTWITHME(Y/N)-CHAN!!!!

Wait what?

"Um...sorry Makoto-Kun but could you repeat that one more time?"

I swear I heard 'I really like you please go out with me Y/N-Chan' But I probably heard it wrong

Makoto: u-um.....I really like you please g-go out with me Y/N-Chan...

Nevermind it wasn't my imagination

I feel my face heat up

"I-I like you too!  I'm happy that you asked me out Makoto-Kun!"

Even though I asked first but got friend-zoned

When did he change is mind?

...whatever, at least we are happy

Makoto: R-really!

"Yup!"

After that we kissed and became girlfriend and boyfriend, we were really happy and had a happy end in our minds

Asahina: Sakura-Chan!  Did you get the picks!?

Sakura: Yup, here you go Asahina-Chan

Kirigiri: I won the bet, you own me $10 Togami-Kun

Byakuya: tch *hands Kirigiri $10* I cant believe he actually asked her out and got accepted
