Tyler looks at "Klaus Morning, sunshine. You look pathetic."

Klaus glares at him "only until Bonnie's spell locking me in here wears off. Then I'll look different. Angrier, perhaps. Or I won't look like anything because I'll have gouged your eyeballs from their sockets."

Tyler smirks "My friends will be back with the cure by then. So, I could shove it down your throat and make you mortal."

Klaus raises an eyebrow at him I'm an Original. What makes you think my entire vampire bloodline won't be cured along with me? I.e., you."

Tyler is still smirking "You know what I think? I think that's impossible. I think the moment you stop being a vampire, our whole blood connection to you is broken, and your sire-line ceases to exist. So, whatever happens to you, happens only to you, which means I can kill your ass and no one else has to die. Although I am still debating just how to do it."

Klaus vamps towards Tyler, but can't get him due to the barrier. "I recommend drowning. There's nothing quite like the feeling of someone fighting for something as basic as human breath. And let me tell you, your mother was a fighter." Tyler glares at Klaus, who looks pleased with his taunting.

Cassie's eyes snapped open hoping that last night had just been a nightmare but as her vision comes into focus she realizes that she was on the floor and she was in the Gilbert house, tears well up in her eyes again seeing the body beside her on the floor.

She sees Tyler and Caroline but she doesn't pay attention to either of them.

She doesn't even stand up she literally crawls across the floor and into the other room where Klaus is sitting on the floor she lays her head on his legs "I was hoping that it was a nightmare and I was gonna wake and everything was going to be good."

He rubs her head trying to provide his blonde best friend with some form of comfort "I know Cass and I'm sorry that it wasn't just a bad dream."

Cassie pulls her phone out to find it dead, she looks up at Klaus "can I see your phone Nik? Mine's dead."

He nods "sure Cass."

and then he hands her his phone. "Thank you."

She dials the number that she knows by heart at this point her big sister's number. It rings a few times before she hears her sister's voice "hello? Who is this?"

Cassie takes a shaky breath tears still falling down her face "I need you."

Astrid hearing the tone in her sister's voice it was obvious she had been crying "alright baby tell me where you are"

Cassie lets out another shaky breath "Mystic Falls."

There's a pause "alright baby I'll be there in an hour."

"Okay."

Caroline looks at her sister with a sad look "Cass?"

The heartbroken blonde looks at her "did you know about this?" the younger blonde gives her a sad look "I'm so sorry Cass... when Bonnie told me Elena's plan, I found her and I told her not to do it and then when I left her I tried to call you to warn you but turns out I was too late, so I'm sorry Cass."

Cassie looks at her tears in her eyes still, but the older blonde nodded "that was the voicemail you left me wasn't it? I was just about to listen to it and then I knew something was wrong and I kinda forgot about the message and now here we are."

Caroline nodded at her sister "yeah, it was, I was hoping that I wouldn't be too late, you're my sister Cass, I wasn't gonna just not tell you about that."

The younger blonde walked over to her sister and dropped down wrapping her in a hug and pulling her up from her laying position, "thank you for at least trying Care." then Cassie broke down in tears again.

"Of course Cass." the two sisters hugged, "I know nothing I say is gonna make this better, but I'm here."

An hour later as promised an angry blonde walks through the door "alright who the fuck wanna die" Turning the attention of Tyler, Caroline, and Klaus to her.

Caroline looks at her "Ummm who are you and why are you here?" She may know who Astrid is but she had never met her so she didn't know what she looked like.

Astrid rolls her eyes "I love how nobody answered my question" then she looks around the room her eyes landing on her sister who now has her head on Caroline's lap as the younger blonde ran her fingers through her hair with a blank empty look on her face "seriously though what the fuck happened and who the fuck am I murdering for it?" she has a glare set on her face but nobody says anything they are just staring at her "I mean it somebody tell me what the fuck happened, who made my baby sister cry? Because nobody and I mean does that and gets to live afterward, it just doesn't happen."

The confused look fell from Caroline's face she knew who the girl was now.

Astrid walks over and crouches down in front of her sister "come here baby" Cassie sits up as her big sister pulls her into a hug, rubbing her back soothingly "baby can you tell me what happened?"

Cassie looks at her older sister tears still in her eyes, she opened her mouth to answer her but nothing came out as a fresh round of tears fell down her face.

Caroline looked at Astrid answering for Cassie, "Kol's dead."

Hearing Caroline say that it suddenly hits her what the feeling she felt was and tears start falling down her face again as she looks at Astrid and Caroline with a horrified look on her face "oh god, I felt it happen and I-I-I didn't even realize that's what it was until now."

Cassie was sandwiched in a hug by her two sisters, "oh sweetie."

Astrid runs her fingers through her baby sister's hair "shh shh shh, baby I'm right here and I promise I'm not gonna leave you." Cassie ends up falling asleep again as Astrid runs her fingers through her hair and rubs hers back in a soothing manner. Astris lays Cassie's head in her lap as she keeps running her fingers through her hair.

Astrid tunes back into the conversation at hand with the other three in the room. Tyler is still gloating at Klaus, who is glaring at him and Caroline rolls her eyes looking at Tyler "Don't stoop to his level."

Tyler looks at her "He destroyed my life. I plan on being present for every second of his misery until I can kill him myself." Caroline rolls her eyes at him "Fine. You can gloat and multitask. This place is a disaster. Starting with the horrifically burnt corpse of my sister's soulmate." She finds a tablecloth in a cabinet and she and Tyler use it to cover up Kol's body. The blonde knew that her sister didn't need to keep staring at his body, that it wasn't going to do anything but keep making her upset.

Klaus watches them with a slightly tortured expression but he masks it and then he looks at Tyler "Tyler's mother is dead. So is my brother. We're even. " He looks back to Caroline "Call Bonnie. Get her to let me out of here."

Caroline scoffed at him "I will never, ever, help you."

"How quickly you forget the part where I saved Tyler from the misery of being a werewolf. Or the night your mother invited me into her home to save the life of her precious daughter."

Caroline scoffs again "How delusional are you? You killed his mother. And let's not forget that we're standing in a house where Elena's aunt Jenna used to live. Or did you think that your charm would make us forget how you killed her, too? You know what? No. I am not going to engage in this. You are not even worth the calories I burn talking to you." Suddenly Klaus vamp-speeds to pick up a nearby floor lamp, which he uses to impale Caroline.

"No!" Klaus swings Caroline over to his side of the magical barrier and bites her neck. She falls to the floor. "Now, that was definitely worth the calories."

Astrid smirks at the Original Hybrid "I like your style, but I would have been a little more bloody about it though."

Tyler comes in and picks her up as she's freaking out "Oh my god! Oh my god!"

She continues to repeat this as Tyler settles her down on a sofa. "Hey, hey. Look at me. Look at me. I can fix this."

Caroline looks at her boyfriend "How? The only thing that can heal me is his blood! Oh my god..." she trails off Tyler looks at her "I know. I'll fix it." Caroline nods at him. Tyler stands to face Klaus.

"She'll die if you don't heal her." Klaus smirks at him "Okay." He bites into his wrist and extends his arms, palms up. "Beg me to save her life." Tyler gives him a look "Is this what you want? To remind me that I'm powerless against you? Fine. You win. I'm nothing. Now save her. Please."

"I'm sorry, mate. I didn't quite catch that."

"Please." Klaus smirks at him again "Please..."

"Please save her life."

Klaus gives him a look "See, now I think you're just telling me what I want to hear. I mean, you did call me pathetic earlier. And wouldn't it be more pathetic of me to help now, knowing that hours ago, you announced your plan to kill me in a manner in which you're debating because you want it to have a certain amount of flair? I'm just asking."

Astrid smirks at him again "oh yeah I definitely like your style... it kinda reminds me of someone I used to know." there was a sad note in her voice as she said the last part. 

Tyler looks at him "I'll be your slave again. I'll do whatever you want. Just help her."

Klaus looks at him as if he's thinking about it then smirks "No."

Caroline looks at her boyfriend "Get me out of here. I can't even look at him."Tyler walks over to her helping her up "Come on." Klaus watches them leave.

Then he looks down at Cassie who is sleeping once again, then he looks at the blonde running her fingers through Cassie's hair still "who are you?"

Astrid looks up from her sister's sleeping form "Astrid and Cassie is my baby sister, well technically we're half-sisters we have the same father but different mothers but normally I just call her my baby sister, because she is."

Klaus nods at her "Klaus Mikaelson."

Astrid nods "you're one of Kol's brothers, they told me all about you guys when they came to New York a few weeks ago."

She gets a serious look on her face "I meant what I said earlier someone is gonna die for doing this to her and let's not forget everyone involved is going to die when dad and uncle Loki find out what they did to her but first I'm gonna let Cass get her own vengeance because she will once the shock wears off a little bit."

Alright well, I know how Cassie is gonna get her revenge and from then on things are gonna be a little different than they were on TVD just a little warning there.
