Cassie had been to Asgard and Heimdall just sent her back to Midgard or Earth whichever you prefer to call it and as always, he sends her to the spot where she left her car. Cassie promised her sister Caroline that she would be there for the masquerade ball that was happening that night and there she is because there is one thing you should know about Cassie Forbes and it's that she always keeps her promises unless it's something out of her control.

Cassie headed to her childhood home and knocked even though she technically didn't need to she just wanted to surprise her sister, a few minutes later the door was opened by Caroline who grinned seeing her older sister standing there "oh my god, Cassie you're here!"

Cassie smiled at the younger blonde "of course Care I promised you I would be here and here I am."

Caroline grinned at Cassie "did you bring it this time?"

The hopeful look on Caroline's face made Cassie, chuckle "yes Care I brought it this time... It's in the car" Caroline had been begging Cassie to see Stormbreaker for a while now but it's been two years since Cassie had been home, she had spent that time with her dad's family as I mentioned before on Asgard. Caroline knows everything about her older sister being adopted and that Cassie's biological father is Thor, Son of Odin, God of Thunder, Prince of Asgard. The only thing Cassie hasn't told her about is that she has a soulmate and the dreams that she has about her soulmate.

Cassie keeps that to herself, it's just something that she wants to herself that only she and five other people know about, those others being her father, her half-sister Astrid, Odin, Frigga, and her uncle Loki. Liz knows about the dreams, but she didn't tell her about the soulmate thing once she learned what the dreams meant.

You may be wondering how Caroline got in contact with Cassie while she was in another realm, well that would be because Frigga helped Cassie enchant her phone, to pick up calls and texts while she was on Asgard.

Another thing is that Cassie has Asgardian magic, which Frigga teaches her to wield, nobody outside of Asgard even knows that she has magic. Cassie's magic is pure nothing like that of a normal Midgardian witch Asgardian magic is completely pure no blood is needed for spells or anything like that, it can be used but it's not needed.

The older blonde led Caroline to her car and opened the trunk, with a grin on her face and a mischievous glint in her eyes as Caroline looked at her with wide eyes, "she's beautiful Cass, can I touch her?"

Cassie laughed and nodded at her sister "yes Care you can touch her."

Caroline reached out and touched Stormbreaker and then looked at Cassie again "can I try?"

Cassie smirked, go right ahead Care-Bear." Cassie has told her the story about how you must be worthy to lift Stormbreaker but lets the blonde vampire try anyway. She tries to lift Stormbreaker, but can't it doesn't even budge an inch "sorry Care."

She shrugged with a smile looking at Cassie "I know, but I just wanted to try."

Cassie smiled back at her younger sister "alright get in we are going to the grill and you are telling me everything that I've missed while I was away." She nods and gets into the passenger seat as Cassie shut the back and climbs into the driver's seat.

On the way to the grill, Care explained about the vampires and things like that to her sister, though Cassie already knew about the supernatural and things like that since her half-sister is half-vampire but Caroline doesn't know about that, Cassie glanced over at her "so let me get this straight Damon Salvatore fed you his vampire blood to heal you and then a girl named Katherine while could be Elena's identical twin killed you and now you're a vampire?"

Caroline nodded "yeah that's pretty much it and I'll tell you the normal parts at the grill, had to get the supernatural parts out of the way."

Cassie chuckled and nodded at her "okay Care."

The younger blonde looked at her older sister sheepishly "you don't hate me?"

Cassie looked at her "Care-Bear sweetheart I'm a demigoddess and my father is a literal Norse God... Why would I have a problem with you being a vampire?"

She shrugs "I don't know I was just worried because Mom doesn't know about me because she hates vampires and I just thought you would hate me too."

Cassie gave her a look as she parked her car "Of course, I don't hate you Care-Bear... Vampire or not you are my little sister, and nothing could make me hate you... With Mom, you just have to make her see that you're not bad and that some vampires aren't bad."

The younger blonde smiled at her "thanks, Cass."

Cassie smiled back at her "you're welcome sis."

The Forbes sisters got out of the car walked into the grill and Matt looked at the two of them "do you guys need a table?"

Caroline freezes up for a second "uhhh we're not staying I just have to use the little girl's room" Cassie gives her sister a look as she runs off to the bathroom because that's what she said she was here to do.

The blonde Alien shrugged it off deciding that she would question her sister on that later once they were back in the car, Cassie smiled at Matt "Hey Matt it's been a while"

He smiles back "Hey Cassie it has been a while, so what have you been up to for two years?"

She shrugged "Oh you know just some traveling... I got to know my biological dad... he's great I've been with him."

"Oh, sounds like you've had fun"

Cassie nodded at him "yeah it was well here comes Care so I'll talk to you later Matt."

Caroline walked out of the bathroom looking scared, she grabbed her sister by the arm and pulled her out of the grill and back to the car "take me to the boarding house please I need to talk to Damon and Stefan."

Cassie gave her a questioning look but didn't say anything "okay," the sisters got back in the car and Cassie took her to the Boarding House like she had asked. Caroline gets out of the car and walks up to the door and knocks; Cassie follows behind her a man with raven black hair and blue eyes opens the door. And Care pushes past him and walks into the house, Cassie once again follows behind her.

They walked into the living room and Caroline looked at Damon Salvatore the raven-haired guy, "I saw Katherine at the grill," Damon walked out of the room and a minute later he came back with a glass of blood and handed it to Caroline.

"Here."

Caroline takes it "I'm still shaking." She takes a drink of it.

Stefan Salvatore walks in "What happened?"

Damon looked at the blonde vampire "Go ahead, tell him." Then he looks at his younger brother "you're gonna love this."

Caroline takes a breath "I saw Katherine today."

Stefan looked at Caroline "where?"

"At the Grill. we just stopped by one so Cassie and I could catch up and for me to gawk and... quasi-stalk Matt." Caroline recalls the meeting with Matt and going into the bathroom and everything that Katherine told her.

Cassie gave her sister a look "you should have told... I would have accidentally electrocuted her."

The younger blonde giggled at her sister's comment "that's why I didn't tell you Cassie... because I knew that's what you would do, and we were in public."

Cassie shrugged unbothered "what she's the reason you're a vampire Care I may not mind it but that doesn't mean she can get away with turning you."

Damon looked at her for the first time "who the hell are you?"

Cassie smirked at him "I'm Cassie Forbes... Caroline is my little sister I just got back into town."

The younger Salvatore smiled at her "I'm Stefan and this is my brother Damon." Cassie nodded at him with a smile at least now she knew which was which since Caroline had said their names earlier.

Stefan looks at Damon "She wants to do it in public. Killing Mason threw her off guard."

"She's running scared. What she did to Jenna was desperate. She's out of tricks." Cassie was listening to them talk although she had no idea what they were talking about.

Stefan shakes his head at his brother "We can't underestimate her. We have to play this smarter than her."

Caroline looked at them "Can we just give her the moonstone, so she'll leave?"

Damon shakes his head "No, Katherine's not getting dick. I've had it. I'm gonna go to the masquerade ball and I'm gonna kill her, tonight."

Cassie sat back thinking 'okay then I guess this party isn't going to be as boring as I had originally thought it would be.' Damon and Stefan called over a few people to make the plan to kill Katherine tonight and they are on their way over right now.

Hey, guys so here it beings you guys seriously have no idea how excited I am to start this and next chapter we get the Masquerade ball and Cassie meets Elijah soon.

Edit: Hey guys so I decided to rewrite this into third-person completely and make a few minor changes, the base plot will still be the same, and nothing big will be changed, cause certain things to need to happen for the way things are gonna happen when we get into the Originals but that is all I'll say just in case this is your first time reading this book (:
