Cassie headed back to the compound to meet up with Astrid and they were going out for a walk so Cassie could tell her everything that she has been up to the past few days.

The older blonde smiled at her "Hey baby."

Cassie smiled back "Hey Sissy... you ready to go so I can fill you in on everything?"

Astrid laughed "of course Cass, let's go."

So the two headed out of the compound and onto the streets of New Orleans. Cassie looked at her sister "So as you know I have been able to talk to Kol so the witch that is making that possible relayed through Kol that I was right it should have worked... it was working but someone hijacked the spell and brought back four witches that weren't the Harvest girls... she said that if you find the four witches brought back in their places and you get rid of them then the girls will come back like they were supposed to but there are a lot of witches in this damn city so that is where I am at right now... I do know one of them though that was what I went to find Nik or Eli about, some warlock by the name of Papa Tunde and he attacked Rebekah so I intend to be the one that brings about his demise."

Astrid laughed "So you can bring Davina back... that's what you're saying? So you just have to find the witch that was brought back in her place? And ohhh I feel sorry for him for pissing you off... you think he's the one that was brought back in Davina's place?"

"Yep Sissy that is exactly what I'm saying and you know that I ger protective when it comes to the people that I care about and Rebekah is on that list so yeah and I don't know but I plan on finding out when I knock his head off his shoulders with Stormbreaker"

Cassie's phone rang before Astrid had the chance to reply, Cassie, checked to see that it was Nik calling her "What's going on Nik?"

"If you aren't already there you might want to meet us at the compound, I got a call from Diego that something happened involving the witches."

"Alright I'll be right there" then Cassie hung up the phone looking back at Astrid "I am needed back at the compound something happened involving the witches so let's go and see what it is."

Astrid nodded at her "Okay then baby let's go."

The two get to the compound at the same time as Klaus and Marcel, Cassie looks at them "You know what this is about yet?"

Klaus shook his head "No, we just got here but it sounded a little urgent so I say we head in and see what happened."

Cassie nodded agreeing with him and the four of them walked into the courtyard seeing Elijah already there. They saw Papa Tunde's body laying in the middle of a magical circle of salt with blood all over his white suit.

Cassie pouted "Well that's not fair I wanted to kill him."

Elijah crouches down to examine Papa Tunde's corpse, while Cassie, Astrid, Marcel, and Klaus stand beside him and watch Klaus has a sarcastic tone in his voice as he speaks "can I get you anything, brother? A magnifying glass? A pipe, perhaps?"

Cassie rolled her eyes at his comment still pouting that she didn't get to be the one to kill the warlock.

"You have a theory you'd like to share with us, Niklaus?"

Marcel comes into the conversation "Back in the day, the witches wanted to send a threat, they'd just kill a chicken and leave it on your doorstep."

Elijah stood up looking at the four others in the room " It's rather a large and ominous chicken, wouldn't you say?"

"Papa Tunde defeated Rebekah with ease, almost got the two of us as well. If he was supposed to be the prize fighter, why leave him for dead in our front yard?"

Cassie points at him "that is a very good question... if he was supposed to be this all-powerful warlock why was he left right on our doorstep?"

Rebekah walked in joining them " Well, don't you look cheery. Listen to this-- A girl literally exploded from a grave today as Sabine was giving a tour of the city of the dead. It was Monique Deveraux."

Cassie grinned "she was one of the Harvest girls."

Klaus looked at his sister "What?"

Rebekah nodded "The tourists thought it was part of the show, but the witches are celebrating like it's some kind of bloody miracle."

Marcel actually smiled "Maybe it is. They think that all hope is lost, but now suddenly a Harvest girl is resurrected. This is how we're gonna get Davina back-- kill the witch who took her place."

Cassie looked at them all with a grin on her face "Oh would you look at that... look who was right, is that not what I said earlier?"

Astrid smiled looking at her sister "you have the tendency of being right most of the time baby sister."

That was when Hayley joined them as well "I have a theory about who one of them could be. Celeste. I mean, it's got to be. Davina was trying to tell us, she was drawing pictures of Celeste. She was warning us that a great evil is coming."

Klaus looks at them "First, Papa Tunde returns to settle old scores, now your murdered lover is back. This isn't witches attacking vampires. They're declaring war on us."

After everyone went their own ways Cassie and Astrid walked into Cassie's room and the younger blonde sighed "well I was right but Papa Tunde wasn't in Davina's place. Maybe it's Celeste? or one of the other two that were brought back I don't know but I will get her back no matter what I have to do."

A little later Cassie walked into the courtyard of the compound, She sees Sophie, Marcel and another girl who she assumed was Monique "What are we doing?"

The three looked up at her and Marcel nodded "Sophie is gonna find the other three witches"

Cassie smirked joining them "Oh I am helping in whatever way I can on this one" Sophie looked at the pregnant girl "Are you sure that's a good idea?"

The hybrid rolled her eyes "Sweetie you know nothing about me, I'm a lot stronger than you think, plus I have this" she held her hand up to show the witch the ring "It's a protection ring as long as I have it on nothing can hurt me."

With that Sophie started prepping for the locator spell. She pours black sand over a map, and Marcel looks at her skeptically "You got enough power left to find these witches?"

Sophie scoffed at him offended " I know the Harvest was an epic fail, but I can still do a locator spell. Before I do that, we need to make a deal."

The vampire gives her a look " What deal?"

"If I betray these witches, they're gonna come looking for me. And if I'm caught, I'm dead."

Marcel gives her a look "I said I'd protect you."

"If you could do that, you wouldn't need my help in the first place. The Quarter isn't safe. Vampires on one side, witches on the other. No way am I letting Monique get in the middle of that. In order to get her out, I'm gonna need money. Do we have a deal?"

"Find the witches. I'll give you anything you could ever need."

Sophie has begun the locator spell, and the black sand moves a small amount over the map on the table. Sophie looks flustered. "I'm weaker than I thought."

Marcel gives the witch a look "You want the deal, Soph, you gotta hold up your end. I'm on a clock."

Cassie is just watching the witch work.

The sand suddenly starts moving more "Okay. It's working."

"That's one. I need all three."

Cassie cleared her throat "We need all three."

The witch looked between the two of them "I'm giving you whatever I can pick up."

"Keep trying."

Klaus walked in "Or don't. Who needs a locator spell when I have all the leverage I need right here?"

Klaus grabs Monique and vamp-speeds away with her "No! Monique!"

Cassie rolled her eyes at Klaus' actions but she followed after him curiously as to what he was on about, Marcel followed the hybrid as well.

Klaus walks through the streets with Monique Deveraux in tow "Witches of the French Quarter! I have with me, Monique Deveraux. What a shame it would be were I forced to send her back to the death she's just escaped! Should you wish to prevent this, bring me the witch Bastianna!"

Cassie rolled her eyes again "She's just a kid Nik... you aren't going to hurt her."

Marcel gives him a look as well "The hell you think you're doing?"

He looks at the both of them "I'm opening negotiations."

Marcel looked at his sire "You know my rules. We do not hurt kids."

Klaus rolled his eyes "Spare me the hypocrisy of your moral code. It didn't stop you from killing Monique's mother." He yells toward the buildings "Bastianna! I know you're close. The stench of witches hangs in the air. Mark my words! I will end this girl with the very blade you meant for me."

Marcel glares "I'm not saying it again. We do not kill kids."

Cassie crossed her arms "really Nik? we're stooping to that level now... she's just a kid" he ignored Cassie as he holds the blade near Monique's throat. Marcel vamp speeds up to him. They start to fight. While they fight, Klaus loses hold of the blade and it falls to the ground. Klaus gains the upper hand and snaps Marcel's neck, dropping his body unceremoniously to the ground.

"I decide who lives and dies here, Marcellus." Cassie knows that she's protected but she just really didn't want to get in the middle of the fight, she was distracted by the fight that she didn't see Sophie pick up Papa Tunde's abandoned blade off the ground and stab Klaus in the heart with the blade, and he roars out in pain. As he groans, the blade embeds itself deep into his chest, and after a moment of screaming in agony, he falls to the ground.

Bastianna comes out of the shadows and joins them "I'll take it from here."

Cassie is standing by Klaus in a protective manner not really knowing how she was gonna get out of this one just yet.

Even though she had the ring on it doesn't activate if it doesn't sense the danger so that is how one of the witches got behind her and used a spell to put her to sleep it didn't hurt her so the spell didn't sense it as a threat.

The first thing Marcel noticed when he opened his eyes was Cassie on the ground so the first thing he did was check to make sure that she was okay, Davina cared about the blonde so Marcel wasn't gonna let anything happen to the girl. He didn't want to have to tell the girl once they got her back that anything had happened to the blonde though he didn't really know much about her.

He picked the girl up and got her back to the compound, once they were back inside the compound he laid her on one of the couches and called on his vampires to help find Klaus and Rebekah.

Diego looked at him "We've looked everywhere for him. Tore apart the Cauldron, the City of the Dead. Wherever they got him, he ain't in the French Quarter."

Elijah returns to the compound and furiously storms toward Marcel, "MARCEL! Where is my brother? "

Marcel looks at the original calmly "I got guys out looking for him right now." Elijah, enraged, starts throwing vampires against the walls.

"Elijah!" Hayley yells out getting his attention.

Marcel is frustrated "Klaus threw one of his classic temper tantrums, snapped my neck, tried to take on a coven of witches by himself. He got dropped. I don't know where he is or how to find him."

Elijah glares "They also have Rebekah. Every one of you will help me to find them. I'm gonna kill them all."

They all hear a groan "Ugh my head."

Elijah walked over crouching down in front of the couch "Hey Cass are you alright? What happened?" though his first priority was to make sure that Cassie was all right.

The blonde nodded "yeah Eli I'm fine, I was trying to protect Nik after that bitch Sophie stabbed him with Papa Tunde's blade, I was distracted watching the fight between Marcel and Nik I didn't see her come in or pick it up and then Bastianna I think was her name came out and I was standing there in front of Nik and then I don't know what happened after that everything went black and then I woke up here"

Elijah nodded at her "Maybe you should rest we don't need you to stress so much."

The blonde gave him a look "I want to help though."

"I know but stressing yourself isn't good for the baby Cass and lord knows that... you know who would kill us all if something were to happen to you."

Cassie rolled her eyes "Fine I'll get some sleep but tomorrow I am helping find Nik okay?"

Elijah gave her a nod "okay."

The original helped her up off the couch and onto her feet, Cassie smiled at him "Thanks Eli" then she headed up to her room to get some sleep and destress just a bit.
