Alaric stares in shock as a blue forcefield envelops the youngest male original as he goes to dagger him so that the others will be daggered as well and Elena can get away from Rebekah. Kol smirks seeing the forcefield and turns towards the vampire hunter "nice touch huh? bet you didn't see that coming." Alaric pulls the dagger back and the forcefield disappears.

Kol doesn't wait for him to say anything just turns and walks towards the bathroom to wait on Cassie when Alaric comes up behind him unarmed and snaps his neck and starts dragging him out back where Stefan and Damon are waiting.

Cassie comes out of the bathroom and sees Kol being dragged out of the grill "KOL!" Cassie yelling Ko's name was what drew Klaus' attention from Caroline and made him flash in that direction. When he got there he saw Cassie kneeling down beside Kol a glare on her face.

Klaus knocks Alaric against the wall. Stefan tries to attack the hybrid but Klaus knocks him out too Klaus glares at Damon "I should have killed you months ago."

Damon just smirks at him "Do it. It's not going to stop Esther from killing you."

Klaus glares at Damon again "What did you say about my mother?"

Cassie rolls her eyes "so that's what she's up to"

Klaus looks at her "what?"

Cassie shakes her head "I'll tell you later" he nods at her.

Damon looks at Klaus smugly "You didn't know I was friends with your mummy? Yeah, we have a lot in common. She hates you as much as I do."

Klaus is about to attack Damon when Elijah appears at the top of the stairs. "Leave him! We still need them, Niklaus."

Klaus looks at his brother "What did mother do? What did she do, Elijah?"

Elijah walks down the stairs towards Damon, holding a phone."You tell me where the witches are or I'll have my sister kill Elena right now."

Damon looks up at the clock tower and sees that it's 8:30. "You told me we had until after nine."

Elijah shrugs "I'm sure Rebekah will be more than happy to start her work early."

Then Damon cracks and tells them "They're at the old witch house" then he grabs his brother and disappears.

Kol shots up and grabs his neck. Cassie looks at him "what happened?"

Kol looks at his soulmate "they tried to dagger me but it didn't work out so well for them and then someone came up behind me and snapped my neck.... guess that doesn't get sensed as a threat"

Cassie laughs "probably not since you don't need a weapon for that."

Cassie offers him a hand and helps him up "come on, we have to stop your mother" he takes her hand and lets her pull him up off the ground.

The four of them are walking towards the witch house now and Klaus looks at Cassie "what were you talking about earlier?"

She looks over at him "I knew your mother was planning something, she talked to me this morning and she tried to get me out of the way, she failed obviously and I just didn't know what she was planning but I did tell her that her plan would fail and then I walked out of the room. Oh and Finn is helping her, he was there when this little talk went down and I snapped his wrist"

Kol smirks at her "that's my girl" the four of them walk up.

Esther looks at them, "My sons, come forward."

"Stay beside me, mother."

Esther walks onto the pentagram and looks back at Finn "It's okay. They can't enter."

Kol drops his arm from around Cassie's shoulders and approaches the pentagram and the torches around it flare up bright. He's driven back. "That's lovely. We're stuck out here, while the favorite son plays sacrificial lamb. How pathetic you are, Finn."

"Be quiet, Kol. Your brother knows virtue you cannot even imagine."

Elijah steps forward "Whatever you think of us, killing your own children will be an atrocity."

Esther looks at the three boys "My only regret is that I did not let you die a thousand years ago."

Klaus rolls his eyes at her "Enough. All this talk is boring me. End this now, Mother, or I'll send you back to Hell."

"For a thousand years, I've been forced to watch you. Felt the pain of every victim, who suffered while you shed blood. Even you, Elijah, with your claim to nobility, you're no better. All of you. You're a curse on this Earth. Stretched out over generations. If you've come to plead for your life, I'm sorry, you've wasted your time."

"No! Sisters! Do not abandon me!"

Finn looks at Esther "Mother!"

The pentagram torches flared up. Finn grabs Esther. The other brothers cower from the flames. Kol grabbed ahold of his soulmate and pulled her back. After a moment the torches die out. Elijah, Klaus, and Kol stand around in shock. Finn and Esther are gone. Cassie rolls her eyes.

Back at the house Kol and Cassie are up in their room at the Manor packing once again because they are resuming their trip and going to India then to see the other wonders of the modern world.

Kol smiles at her "I'll take these to the car and then we will tell the others that we're leaving."

Cassie smiles leaning over and kissing him "okay," Kol grabs the suitcases and flashes out of the room Cassie smiles and walks downstairs.

She sees the remaining Mikaelsons in the living room "well this has been fun but Kol and I are off again resuming our world tour as you called it Nik, but we are just a phone call away if you need us" She walks over and hugs all three of them.

Rebekah smiles "Bye Cassie, call me later and tell me how things are going?"

Cassie smiles "of course Bex"

Klaus smiles at his blonde best friend/soon-to-be sister-in-law "alright I'll keep that in mind Cass, but have fun" then he hugs the girl, and she smiles hugging him back.

Elijah pulls the blonde into a hug as well "Goodbye Cassie, we will see you soon" she smiles again returning the hug.

"Bye guys, we'll see you soon."

Then she waves and walks out to the car where Kol is waiting "ready to go?"

She nods "let's go" Kol nods and start the car that they went out and bought with the credit card that Nik gave Cassie so she would stop taking his.

Their car is a black Bugatti La Voiture Noire.

They pull up to the airport and Cassie sighs as she gets out of the car "I really wish we could bring the car with us"

Kol laughs "me too Cass, me too."

Cassie pouts "ugh she's so beautiful and I hate to leave her."

Kol laughs "well it'll only be for a little while Cassie, we'll be back to get her" he grabs their bags out of the back and gives the keys to the valet.

Cassie gives him a look "there better not be a scratch on her body when we get back."

The valet guy nods at her "yes ma'am"

Kol pulls her into the airport laughing at the pout on her face.

So since Kol isn't in any more season 3 episodes until episode 19 Kol and Cassie are resuming their tour of the world.
