Chapter 20
A/N
I feel as though I overcomplicate everything. Oof.

Harry groaned softly, knowing that the Griffinfor's were so much more prejudiced than the Slytherin's were even though most didn't know that. The fact that Ron accidentally saw his 'demon self' was terrible as he would most likely be kicked out or at the very least hurt, and ignore him; being a demon wasn't something rare; being the son of Lucifer himself-well that was even worse. It wasn't as though he wanted to be Lucifer's son; he was the product of a one-night stand between his mother and Lucifer, King of Hell. Of course, he didn't know that until a year ago—an incident he'd rather not talk about.
Harry sighed and leaned back on the sofa.
"I suppose there's nothing to do but wait till the demigods and gods were done talking so he could speak to them about their enemies and their goals in the upcoming battle.
Ginny entered the room and noticed Harry looking up, almost praying.
"Harry," She said softly, causing the boy to look right at her with a soft smile.
"Hey, Gin," Harry replied softly. Ginny walked up to him and sat down next to her boyfriend.
There was an awkward silence between the two of them, which lasted a few minutes. Ginny ended up being the one to break it.
"I am sorry for hiding such a big part of me from you," She began, only for Harry to start laughing, causing Ginny to look at him in surprise and confusion.
"Ginny, I don't mind you hiding secrets from me because I have one too,"
Ginny looked shocked, and he continued. "I don't blame you for hiding secrets from me, especially about being a demigod,"
Ginny smiled thankfully at her boyfriend. "Thank you. You don't know how worried I was about that,"
"I am going to tell you something. Promise you won't freak out or anything?"
Ginny laughed softly with unshed tears. "Of course!"
"I am part demon,"
Ginny froze in shock, and Harry panicked when she didn't reply. "You hate me. I am-"
"Harry, calm down! I don't hate you! I was just surprised," Ginny said, softly going closer to Harry.
"The other thing is that I am not just the son of any demon," Harry started, causing Ginny to raise an eyebrow. Harry took a deep breath.
"I am the son of Lucifer. The Devil,"
Ginny, once again, stared in shock.
"Of all things I expected, that was not one of them," Ginny said with a laugh and hugged Harry.
"Wait. Does that mean you have demon horns and wings?" The demigod questioned excitedly.
Harry just smiled and wrapped his arms around Ginny, bringing the petite girl to his chest.
"Yeah, I do. But it's really uncomfortable,"
"Can you show me sometime?" Ginny asked tiredly, almost asleep in her boyfriend's arms.
"Sure, Gin. Anything for you,"
Ginny smiled tiredly and fell asleep. Harry smiled at his girlfriend and slowly drifted off to sleep.

Omega was talking with Zia, Hope, Thalia, Nico, Luna, and Hermione. Mostly about the upcoming battles and teaching the wizards and witches. Ginny, Draco, Neville, and Blaise were talking about reinforcements and possibly teaching the lower levels some defense spells.
"I don't think that would work," Omega said for the third time. Thalia snorted.
"You're a seaweed brain. Like Annabeth said before," She said, trying to bring back some emotions.
"People change," Was all Omega said.
"I believe if we were to just charge in, then it would be a suicide mission. Most of us would die if not all of us," Omega continued. "I may want to watch End kill the Olympians, but that doesn't mean I want to die during his attack,"
"I agree with my brother,"
"What would you know?" Thalia snapped.
"I know my uncle. I know his strategies," Zia hissed at Thalia. "And watch your words. Your talking to the daughter of Chaos,"
"Enough. We don't have time for petty arguments. Put your differences aside; we are on the same team now," Hope said with Luna and Hermione nodding in agreement.
"I agree with them. It would be a suicide mission," Hermione said.
"Fabulous. Someone who isn't a complete idiot," Omega muttered loud enough for everyone to hear it.
Thalia and Nico glared at him. Zia laughed but covered it up with a cough. Hope just sighed; she was done with life altogether. Luna just smirked in amusement.
"Most of the monsters End will bring aren't like the monsters on earth," Zia said with a nasty glare at the Hunter. "They are called Nightmares or Hell monsters. They are much more deadly, and some are poisonous. They are killed with something we call Chaos metal,"
"Sis, are we SURE we can't help End? I mean, it sounds more fun than being here," Omega whined, having another mood swing.
"Yes. I am,"
"Wonderful,"
"Continuing what Zia was saying before, we can provide the weapons we need to kill the monsters or improve and enchant the weapons you already have," Hope said, continuing the explanation.
"Can we retire for the night?" Ginny questioned, coming over to their group.
"I suppose," Omega said calmly. "See you tomorrow,"
Everyone from the other group left to their respective dorms, Hermione leaving with Draco and Luna going outside for some reason.
Omega sighed. "Where do Zia, Hope, and I stay?"
"You can stay with me," Draco said as he was leaving with Hermione.
"Alright, thanks," Zia said harshly.
The three of them exited the room, leaving Thalia and Nico.
Thalia sighed. "I better go inform Mi'lady of what's going on. We have to find some way to bring Percy back,"
"I know, but what?" Nico asked.
"I have no idea,"
The two of them left the Hall and went to their respective common rooms.

Hope sat on her bed that she was sharing with Omega; she was worried about the war and knew that Omega would probably find a way to convince her to stay out of it. Omega entered their bedroom (Because they were guests, they had an entire apartment to stay in. Don't question it).
"Everything alright, love?"
"I suppose," Hope said, not convincing Omega.
Omega sighed, sat on the bed, and brought his girlfriend to his chest.
"Hope. You know you can talk to me about anything, right?"
"I know," She replied. "I just,"
"It's been so long since we've been here, you know?" Hope said softly.
Omega's eyes softened. "And?" He knew there was more to it.
"I am scared," She confessed.
"Of what love? Death? I promise I won't let anything happen to you,"
"Not for me. For you,"
His eyes softened even more. "You don't have to worry about me, love. I will be fine,"
"But what if you're not? W-what if he kills you and I can't do anything about it?" She said, getting up from her husband's chest.
He gets up and brings her back into her chest.
"I can't lose you too," She whispers, half sobbing.
"You won't. I promise you; you won't lose me,"
She continues to cry into her husband's chest, and Omega starts whispering soft and kind words.
"I promise you; I won't die,"
The couple slowly drifted off to sleep, not ready for the next day.
