Well, we all know that minimalist are illutrations which means it does not require any picture (except a base for vector). Let's get to the chase.

Step 1 : open a new document, tap the black circle beside the pencil button and choose felt tip pen.

Step 2 : set the thickness of the pen and then tap the ruler button and choose the shape of a ruler.

Step 3 : since I don't want to make a horinzontal line, I will tap the circle on the right and make it straight (90°).

Step 4 : pick a color and make as many lines you want. When you make a line, it's so straight it's so satisfying.

P. S. one line, one layer.

Step 5 : tap the ruler button again and pick the off button so the ruler will be gone.

Step 6 : we are going to add a drop shadow, make a new layer below the object you want to make a shadow.

Step 7 : tap the pencil button, pick filter, choose drop shadow, and set it as your wish.

Step 8 : do the same to the other lines.

Step 9 : I totally forgot to put the background so I coloured it brown at the bottom layer. Then, at the top layer, I make the title and others with text tool.

Step 10 : above that layer, I colour three random scribbles with the colour of my lines.

Step 11 : in the layer section, tap the normal button and pick an effect that suits you best. I picked multiply.

Step 12 : you're basically done. But optionally you can add shadows like me.
