Well, this style of cover is quite popular in wattpad. But I've change some ways.

Step 1 : pick a picture. Then move the first layer to the top by dragging the number of the layer to the top. Next, tap the eye simbol.

Step 2 : tap the pencil button, pick bucket (I forgot to screenshot it T-T).

Step 3 : tap the eye simbol again to show dear Taeyeon's picture and lower the opacity.

Step 4 : add the the text and you're done. But, like I said before, TWIST. Tap the normal button and pick overlay.

Step 4 : I forgot to add the author name, hehe... so, choose the finger button. Pick the square shape thing, turn on the 'force fade', and set it until 0%.

Step 4 : draw a big rectangle. Since it doesn't really fit, let's pick transform in the pencil button section. Click the check button after you're done dragging your finger.

Step 5 : change the effect of the layer into overlay and you're done! No additional filters added for this one.
