Note : I'll be using the same cover from the previous tutor.

Step 1 : make a new layer, make sure it's in the highest row.

Step 2 : pick filter then choose parallel gradation.

Step 3 : set it.

Step 4 : choose the blending mode into 'add'.

Step 5 : lower the opacity and you're done.

The cover is now shiny and bright. What do you think?
