I have seen this trend all over Wattpad so I decided to make one myself. It's pretty simple, actually.

Step 1 : prepare your cover.

Step 2 : go to the finger button and tap the line at the bottom. Don't forget to set the force fade to 0%. Then, draw line like this.

Step 3 :  draw a square beside the lines we just drew.

Step 4 : color the box in the selection area.

Step 5 : with the power of transform, place it in the area you want to put in the box.

Step 6 : go back to the layer with your cast then copy it. Paste it and move it to your box. Remember to remove selection.

Done!
