Step 1 : pick a picture with a person who has a bit make up or better, no make up at all.

Step 2 : with dip pen (soft), color these parts : forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin.

Step 3 : give them some blur.

Step 4 : now, do the eyedropper thing.

Step 5 : highlight the sides of these parts : forehead (optional), nose, cheeks, and chin.

Step 6 : blur it.

Step 7 : lower the opacity and you're done.
