Step 1 : do this. I know it's creepy. Color the eyes with color you want.

Step 2 : choose the blending mode. I picked soft light.

Step 3 : erase excess to make it realistic.

Step 4 : another creepy scene. Color the shape of the lips. Change the blending mode.

Step 5 : with an airbrush, color the cheeks and lower the opacity.

Step 6 : do the same to the eyes.

Step 7 : double check the opacity.
