OMG! Hi! I should've put this earlier and a lot of designers do this... I just want to let you know that I'm back online before we get serious!

Note : this is my first time doing it. Beware of horrifying results.

Step 1 : put your base on an empty document. I picked Irene of Red Velvet.

Step 2 : then we're gonna blur her pretty face.

Step 3 : scribble her face with the color of her  skin tone then blur it.

Step 4 : put in the second face. I picked Soyeon of G-idle

Step 5 : erase the background of the image and blur the sides.

Step 6 : adjust the brightness/conrast to match skin tones.

Step 7 : stretch its face to make it less weird.

It's not perfect for I don't really master this technique yet. But I'll give you some resources later.
