Step 15 : to make it a little bit glossy, add some white lines, divide it into three, then lower the opacity.

Step 16 : then, for the skin, use the darkest color you think for the shading, and start from the edge.

Step 17 : and it gradually gets lighter. For a new shading, the layer should be below the darker one.

Step 18 : use a really dark color, adjust the pen size to make it thin, and outlinr stuff like eyelids, chin, etc.

Step 19 : with white, color it in the middle of the face, to make it lighter. Lower the opacity.

Step 20 : do it one more time and you're done.

The dotted one means it's the base.

Notes :

- pay attention to the source of light
- if the color is too dark, lower the opacity
- if the color is too bright, set it in filter-brightness/contrast
- I'm sorry it's too complicated.
