In the grill sat the Mikealson's. In a few days Hope will be going into junior year and they were missing her even more. With Finn gone it was taking a toll on all of them.

Hope was only a year old when she was taken by the witches and after that they didn't know where she went. They couldn't track her, the witches had done  a spell, they couldn't find her anywhere. It was like she disappeared. However they knew she was alive, they could feel her magic. They just didn't know where it was coming from.

They had all made a truce with the Scooby doo gang, other than the dopplewench, and was starting to become quite close to one another.

The family of originals were Eating in silence, it wasn't an awkward silence, they were too caught in their own thoughts to try and make conversation.

There wasn't many people in the grill, a few day drinkers, the family of originals and the Scooby doo gang. Niklaus saw the doppelgänger keep glaring at them, he didn't care to much though. He knew that she didn't trust them but that's because she only cares about herself, she wouldn't hear them out so he didn't care. He was more concerned about his baby girl, he needed to find Hope. He had been looking for her for so long that he had been to seventeen different countries trying to find her. He was so stuck in his thoughts he didn't see the Bennett witch come over to him.

"Nik?" Rebekah said, cutting his thoughts off.

"Hmm?" He hummed not looking up from his phone, trying to find for another place she could be.

"Niklaus?" Bonnie spoke up, finally making him look up.

"Yes Bonnie, love?" He asked, he wasn't sure why she had come over here when doppelbitch was in the same place.

"I felt some magic but it was very powerful, I think we should talk about this in a more private place." Bonnie was a bit confused, it felt like the Mikealson mother, Ester, but they knew she was dead so it couldn't be her.

"Of course love. Let me pay and we shall go." Niklaus didn't normally pay for things but he felt like being a semi decent person today.

As they felt the building Elena was getting more and more confused- but also angry.

'How dare Bonnie go to the people who hurt Me so many times?!?'

As they saw Bonnie go with the Mikealson's, one by one did the Scooby doo gang get up and follow. Leaving Elena by herself, in her thoughts.

When they reached the Mikealson mansion, Bonnie explained what she felt.

"When we were eating I felt a huge amount of magic, so big it made me feel faint. But the odd thing was that it felt like your mother. And she can't be the reason since she is dead." Bonnie ranted on a bit.

Niklaus didn't know what to say, that could be his hope. He didn't speak, he just turned his back on them and made a whimpering sound. Making everyone look over at him as Rebekah hugged him.

"Shhh. Nik this means we can finally be a family again. We can find her." Rebekah was facing the group of people and they could all see tears running down her face. They couldn't see Klaus' but from the way his shoulders were going up and down it showed he was silently crying.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to-"
Bonnie got cut off.

"No bonnie you didn't upset anyone." Kol cut in, he had tears rolling down his face, Elijah had tears in his eyes. "Brother, we can finally find her." When Niklaus found out he was a father, he didn't believe it. But once he had a witch do a spell to confirm it was his, he woke his siblings from their daggered states and they became family again. It was sad when Hope was taken and Niklaus couldn't cope anymore. He shut down and turned his emotions off, daggering his siblings again- they reminded him of the life he couldn't have with Hope.

"My Hope." Klaus whispered, his voice being muffled because of his head being pressed into Rebekah's shoulder.

Rebekah saw all the confused looks this got and explained. "Hope is Nik's daughter." Which shocked everyone. "And before you ask how, we don't know. When we found out we didn't believe it but it was true. 15 years ago she was taken and we haven't been able to find her since ."

"Can you do a spell, so we can see her?" Niklaus said, he now had faith he can see his baby girl.

"I will look for one." After ten minutes, the originals had calmed down and the others sat in the living room waiting for Bonnie to find what she needed.

"Found something." Bonnie said, gaining everyone's attention. "It shows us the memories most important to her, we will feel everything she feels, emotionally wise. We will hear what she thinks."

"What do you need?" Niklaus asked, his eyes were red- and for the first time they saw his humanity.

"I have everything, I just need your blood." As she said that, Niklaus stood his arm out without hesitation. "Erm thank you. Everyone sit in a circle and hold hands." They all sat on the floor, holding hands. The order went:

-Alaric was on a business type, meeting with other Hunters. In a place in California.

She started chanted in Latin, nobody understanding what she was saying. They all started to fade into blackness.

"Aunt Kate stop!!" A little girl that looked about 6 screamed. The emotions coming from her showed she was Hope. 'What are they doing?!? My pack!!' Hope couldn't understand what was happening. Why were they attacking her pack?! "NOOOOO!! STOP!!" The emotions coming off in waves, it was very intense for the watchers.

"Leave little girl!!" A man that looked 30 ordered the girl. He grabbed onto her, making the supernaturals of the group of people watching growl.

"NO! Why are you doing this?!? They are humans!!" Hope now had tears falling from her eyes.

"They are not humans! They are monsters."

Hope growled, the man loosened the grip on her arm. "They were humans in there too. And they weren't monsters! NOT ALL MONSTERS DO MONSTROUS THINGS!!" As the grief was getting to much, she imagined a door and pulled all the emotions into the room and locked the door. "Leave, Hunter!" The man didn't move. "I may be an argent but I am not by blood. By blood, I am a monster." The man was slightly terrified. She may only be a 6-year-old but damn this kid is scary, you could tell she was related to the Mikealson's. The man refused to move so she pulled her arm towards her body making him stumble and kicked him in the knee. When he was on the ground she stood on his chest. "How the tables have turned Hunter." She smirked. "You are here to help the bad guys and since you are responsible you will pay." She lifted her foot and stamped on his neck, snapping it.

Her eyes changed, her not knowing but her real family saw. She smirked. The eyes and smirk making her look even more like her real father than she already does.

She took the knife from the floor where the man had dropped it and flashed behind other hunters. "What do we have here?? More people killing my family??"

All hunters were terrified. Where did she come from? She wasn't a hale, but an argent.

"They aren't your family there dirty dogs." One hunter said.

"Say that again." She said the anger making its way through a crack in the door.

"They are dirty dogs. You are an argent. Why are you with them." The same one asked.

"Because I am one, I'm a dirty dog." She said and then stabbed him in the neck however he had a knife in his hands so it caused a cut on her face, she was small, it went through her eye. Not seeing her Aunt coming up behind her she didn't have time to block the hit she received on her head. When she woke up she wasn't in a forest anymore.

"Hope!! You have visitors!" Called a voice, scared of the young werewolf since it was the full moon.

They all noticed she was British.

All she got in return was a growl.

"Erm Hope?" The nurse knew the girl wasn't human right now, the full moon was tonight. The girl had control over it but liked being in wolf form than anything else. "You can stay in wolf form if you would like too." The nurse was trying to do everything she could. Hope's favourite nurse wasn't on the ward right now, so her second favourite had to do.

A huge black wolf came out of the room, her eyes were flickering between red and gold, a white streak going through her right eye. Hope nudged the nurse like she was saying sorry or telling her she was ready. It was hard to see which. Niklaus was kind of proud in a sense. Her wolf looked like his, making him happier than he was already.

"I know you are wondering who it is since you don't get visitors other than Derek. But all I've been told is that it's 7 people. 2 girls and 3 boys and 3 men. Derek Maybe there, in not sure I don't know what he looks like." Peggy was telling the truth, she doesn't normally do visits with Hope.

The wolf just nodded. Not really caring. She doesn't show emotions unless it's Derek or her favourite nurses, Peggy and Ben. Ben is her favourite, Peggy is her second.

"I have brought some clothes for you, in case you want to change," Peggy said holding up the clothes in her hands.

The wolf tapped her head on Peggy's stomach, her head reaches just above. It was obvious this time she was thanking the nurse. They reached the door to the room, she smelt Derek so she was happy to see him, but she smelt 3 other werewolves, 3 humans and one that smelt of death. 3 smelt familiar but she hadn't smelt them in a while. The nurse opened the door and the wolf walked in.

Hope ran straight over to Derek and knocked him over.

"Hello to you too Hope." Derek said.

All hope did was growl. He hadn't come to see her in over a year. She was bored but mostly upset he didn't come, like he didn't care anymore.

"Yes yes I'm sorry I didn't come and see you. I still care, of course I do. I wanted to come but I was busy, I did call you about it. Can you get off of me now?" He asked. Hope slowly got off, still slightly upset but understanding since he told her what was going on through a phone call a few months ago.

"How did you know what she was saying?" Before Derek could answer the question from the random person Hope changed human.

"Is it any of your business?" She said. You could see the scar over her right eye, the family of originals were fuming. How dare someone hurt a member of their family. Taking the clothes from Peggy and putting them on. She didn't care that she was naked in front of random people. She had nothing to hide, She had been living in a mental hospital for 10 years. Everyone else looked away, Derek not caring since they were best friends and they had both seen each other in bad places but went on his phone to wait.

"That wasn't an answer." The boy said again, he smelt like wet dog, so he was the same type as Derek.

"Well, I don't really care. Derek what is happening?" She didn't trust any of the people hear to tell them that they had a bond, he could understand her without her saying anything and vise-versa.

"I don't know why I'm here. Chris told me to come."

"Chris?" Hope was confused. Why did that name sound important?

"That would be me, your father." That caused klaus to growl, but he saw that Hope did too so he wasn't that worried.

"You are no father to me. My 'father' died in a fire caused by your sister as did my 'mother'. Also I'm adopted so no you're not. You're just the person who couldn't keep me safe." She knew it was harsh but it was true, he didn't protect her from Victoria or Gerad or even Kate. The beatings she took from them, he didn't even notice. The family of originals were glad she knew she was adopted, so they knew she knew they existed. They family of originals wanting to kill the people that hurt her.

"So I'm guessing you remember me now." He said, hiding that the words hurt him so much. He didn't do it very well.

"Yes but why are you here? And who are the rest of you?" She was getting angry, she didn't want to show her true emotions so she hide them and made it look like she was bored, she had already shown too many emotions. She didn't notice the boy in the corner staring at her, thinking she was beautiful.

"Your mother-"

"Not my mother"

"Right, Victoria and Kate are both dead, and we don't know where Gerad is, I didn't know where you were. Derek didn't tell me thinking I already knew. I want you to come home with me and you will be free." That was Chris once again. The girl next to Chris looked familiar. She went to speak but Hope interrupted her.

"What if I don't want to leave?" Everyone but Derek looked shocked. Even the family watching was shocked. Derek knew she loved being in charge.

"What do you mean?? We can be a family again" The girl next to Chris said.

"Again??" Hope laughed. "We were never a family. I was just a guest in a house because you were lonely. I remember who you are now, sister. Allison I'm sorry, well I aren't but that's not the point, I only got taken in your house because you were lonely and Chris wanted another child but Victoria couldn't give him one."

Allison was nearly in tears. Hope felt something, she didn't understand what.

"What happened?" Allison spoke, speaking about what her family, she couldn't believe she didn't notice that her little sister was suffering.

"It's not important, it doesn't matter. Erm don't cry?" Hope was confused with what she was feeling. Why am I feeling this?

"But it does-"

"No it doesn't I went through that for 3 years, before that I was with witches and a children's home. They are gone. They can't do anything. And I am feeling weird because I don't know any of the other people, and my 'family' look like they are gonna cry and it's making me uncomfortable." Hope rambled on, Derek tried not to laugh. No body has really seen Derek happy, only having his bitch face. Derek did end up chuckling, which everyone thought was a break through since they had never seen that before.

Stiles also thought she was adorable, 'how can someone be this cute, badass and hot at the same time??' He kept asking himself.

"Calm down Hope, it's ok." Derek said, he had to calm her down before she blew up.

"Can someone just tell me what is happening??" Hope was frustrated now, and it was really pissing her off not to get answers.

Before Chris could try and get her to come with him Derek said, " I need your help."

"Yes?" Derek would ask for help if it wasn't something important. "What can I do to help?" She knew he wouldn't ask her, unless he was desperate. He didn't think bringing her into danger.

"Some of my pack are missing and I need to get them back." Derek replied, you could tell her was desperate. He needed to find them.

"I'll help anything for pack." She was her own alpha, but would always see Derek as pack. Pack meant everything. You felt loved, needed, wanted and most importantly it was family.

The group that were watching finally understood why klaus was always so focused on getting a pack, and felt some sympathy for trying to stop him.

"Right I'll introduce everyone." Derek said. "That's Isaac, one of my betas."

"Hey." The curly haired one said.

"Hello. Pleasure to meet you, happy to meet Derek's pack." She didn't say that she felt that he was her pack too, she didn't have to. Isaac felt it too.

"Nice to meet you too." Isaac said, blushing.

"That's Scott." Derek then said, pointing to a boy that was in the corner.

"Oh, that's Scott. Hello Scott." She didn't say it was nice to meet him, because it wasn't. She'd heard the stories about him from Derek and he sounded horrible.

"Hi." Scott said, bit confused why she didn't seem to like him even if they hadn't met.

"That's Lydia."

"Hello Lydia, nice to meet you."

"And you." Lydia thought she'd make great friends with Hope.

"You already know Allison and Chris." Derek said.

"Yup." Hope said, the family watching tried not to laugh at that, she didn't even bother hiding she didn't really want them there.

"That's stiles." Derek said.

"Hello, nice to meet you. Also I know that not your real name so I will be finding that out." Hope said, looking start in the boys eyes.

"Nice to meet you too, and it is locked away so I don't you will." Stiles replied.

'He's cute.' She thought, making her father that was watching cringe, while everyone else laughed at him.

"And you remember peter?" Derek said.

"Uncle Peter...?" Hope stares at him with shock. Peter was alive?!

"Hello hope." Peter said, he was normally cocky and sarcastic but this was Hope.

They walked towards each other and hugged when they reached each other.

"But I saw....?" She saw him go to save people in the fire and he got stuck.

"I was stuck in a coma for 6 years." Peter said.

"I'm sorry, I left you." She said Into his shoulder.

"Let's talk about this when your out of here, because I don't think that everyone is gonna be scared of me if they continue watching this."

Hope laughed, a real laugh. She couldn't remember the last time she did that. "Okay."

It faded into another scene. Hope was stood with Derek and Isaac.

"Hope you don't have to." Derek said. He didn't mind if she did it but he wanted to make sure she was doing it for not for him but for herself too.

"You may not be my alpha but you are my brother. And for that I will protect you and your betas." Hope smiled at him. Nik was already in love with her smile. He wanted to see her smile all the time and never see a frown.

Hope took a deep breath then started to chant. Only bonnie could tell what she was doing, even if kol recognised some of the words.

"She is warding the building." Bonnie told them when they looked at her. "This is where the magic came from. It is some very powerful wards." Bonnie was weirdly proud that the witch could do a protection ward this strong.

Once she was done and satisfied with the result she smiled at Isaac. "Now you don't have to worry about Scott talking you to death." Her smile was cheeky and it reminded everyone of when klaus was over pleased with himself.

Isaac chuckled. "Well thank you hope. Happy I won't die from boredom." Hope and Derek both laughed a little. "I can see us being great friends."

"As can I Izzy. As can I." Hope replied with a wide smile, trying to look innocent even when you can see the obvious mischief.

"Oi get here!!" Isaac said running after her. Hope laughed as she ran.

Then the room turned back into the mansion. Everyone looked at bonnie to see what happened.

"I know where she is." Bonnie spoke up after a minute. Bonnie still wanted to know how she felt the magic when she didn't even do anything, no spell or anything.

"You know where my Hope is??" Niklaus whispered a tremble in his voice, close to tears.

"Yes. She is in California, Beacon hills." She said.

"Looks like we are going to beacon hills." Kol said grinning.
