The trail!

The morning was still active since the sun hadn't left any dark clouds in the bright sky that floated on. Y/n waited for the ride to be over. Her family driver Mr. Tae Sul and her father's assistant were driving the car to the court. The ride was silent yet tensed for the trial. Their car ride came to a halt at the family court. There was a crowd of media gathered to welcome the business family and their daughter who was on fire on social media now because of her divorce. It spread like fire around South Korea letting her not to breast and she is very well aware that a life is growing inside her now which changed the whole situation.

When they were out her heels touched the steps of the court along with her oppa Jin on the side and her parents her heels stumbled a little.
"Don't be scared of flashes sweety."

Jin comforted her holding her hand and he keleder inside avoiding the blabbers of questions from reporters who engulfed them.

Y/n saw Taehyung with some officers and Jimin with his assistant waiting at the door of the court. Y/n's heart beat heavily as he approached them. Jimin understood she was not okay with all these things.

As they entered the court was filled with juries and subsections of lawyers on each side supporting both parties. There an experienced woman sat on the main frame on top of the altar of the court with some guards guarding her watching Y/n and media following her behind.
Kim's family guard and court police guard closed the door as they awaited the trial.

The debate and commotion started while she sat with her parents in the audience part on front waiting for her part of the questions. She searched for Jungkook and there he sat with Yoona dm his parents on the other side of the court.
She saw him watching her from a distance and she the smirk that she hated the most.

'Let's see '...she saw him mouthing the sentence and he turned to look at the court.

The court began the trial Jimin impatiently sat on his chair, and Taehyung also sat beside him. It was time now. Everything in words is confrontational. The Jeon's lawyer Kim WoonShin an experienced old hag bickered in the centre of the court stating the facts of married life like he was delivering a speech of his life.

Y/n couldn't help but feel her stomach becoming tense as well as her one-month-grown womb inside her. And here she is in the divorce arena.

"According to the constitution of Korean Family civil code .."

Kim WooShin was now legally taken aback by the sudden objection from Jimin.

"May I have the chance if objection Ma'am on this opinion?"

The supreme judge hummed in response.

"I have some evidence to state here that Mr. Jeon Jungkook the CEO of Jeon Cooperation had raped the victim ....and here I submit in front of the court. May I ask the permission to view it in court?"

"Yes, Mr. Park you may proceed.."
Judge agreed. Jimin handed the pensive which contained the video clip of his home CCTVs of the main hall where Jungkook trying to force himself into himself.

"Objection....your honor he is trying to..."

"Objection overrule sit back Mr. Kim and let him confront."

With anger visible face Mr. Kim sat back with the stack of papers in his hand placed on the table. He eyed Jungkook and he eyed back but Jimin was smiling at his victory and the evidence now had started playing. Everyone in the court witnessed the harsh realities of the handsome CEO and he got labeled as a rapsiist and an animal.

Whispers of the audience erupted scores the hall of the court. Supreme Judge watched the video playing. The female in the video was running for her life upstairs but the beast Jungkook was screaming to call his wife back in his arms to destroy her.
The supreme judge is a woman too. She clasped her hands gripped the papers and announced without thinking a second.

"As per the evidence stated by Attorney General Mr. Park here, I announce that Jeon Jungkook the CEO of Jeon Cooperation has to sign papers of divorce and let Miss Kim Jin Sung Y/n live her life in peace. Furthermore, according to article 336 of session 16 Jeon Jungkook was charged with the case of sexual assault on Miss Kim Jin Sun Y/n who is also the inheritor of Kim cooperation and her business in South Korea and Mr. Jeon's family has to compensate 1million Won to the victim and her life as a punishment and sentenced to jail for 10years."

The announcement made Jungkook shock and gritted his teeth while glancing at Jimin and back at Kim WooShin who looked down at who had failed his case. The crowd began watching the CEO getting arrested by Kim Taehyung the most affordable but expensive officer in South Korea. Taehyung smirked and clasped the cuffs around his arms. Jungkook watched everything in silence. Yoona was on the verge of tears as well his parents watched him getting arrested.

Jimin came to Jungkook and said.
"You didn't expect me to show that footage right?"

"You fucker I will show after what I can do..."
Jungkook was cut off by Jimin.

"You won't do anything before you are out I will marry her."

Y/n crossed her hands over Jimin's hand as a couple. Her smirk was well enough visible to Jungkook who got pushed to the side by Taehyung and his officers.

Mr. Jeon and Mrs. Jeon shamelessly came to Y/n's parents when they mouthed to say something Y/n's mom said which made everyone shocked.

"Is this your so-called marriage contract? Even if this is a contract marriage or arranged one you should have taught your son how to treat a woman."

"Mom let's go it's of no use now they are just shameless now that they are brave enough to come in front of us after letting that brat marry Y/n."

Jungkook's parents' heads were down as they watched Y/n leaving the court with her family members and Jimin on her side.

Mrs Jeon said to her husband.
"Did you learn the lesson now? I told you that day you will end up in a mess by your son!"

"You!"
Mr. Jeon began to slap.

"Yes do that now it's only left now, son and dad are the same damn!"

Y/n was in the spotlight not as a victim but as a Freebird who just got her justice and life back. Jimin and Jin watched her smile. Her peaceful eyes gazed at the crowd and she smirked watching Jungkook push into the bus of cops.

"Thanks to Jimin and Taehyung they came across my life which made me smile today!"
She said turning to them who was watching her already in relief.

"Y/n!"

Her mom hugged her wholeheartedly welcoming her back to life.

"I will never force you for anything that you don't like I will always ask your opinion before the guilt is killing me."

"Mom it's okay everything is ...over...."

The words stumbled in her mouth. Lips quivered as she pulled herself from the hug.

"What happened y/n you okay?"
Jin asked. Jimin watched her state weirdly.

"Ah, nothing I just want to go home tired after everything ."

Mr. Kim sighed.
"Tae Sul let's go. My daughter needs rest.

Jin turned to Jimin.
"Come home with us if everything is over with the paperwork and all we have is a treat for you!"

Mrs. Kim smiled.
"He's I like to treat this young man but Taehyung?"

Jimin said.
"I will come with Taehyung by night for dinner Ma'am."

Mrs. Kim smiled.
"What a humble man Jin learn from him your always fighting with Y/n, he is so good at his behavior."

Mr. Kim cleared his throat to seek attention from everyone.
"Car came let's go Jimin be there at home at 8 O'Clock with Taehyung as well no commotions over that!"

Y/n smiled seeing how happy her parents were. When Mr. Kim and Mrs. Kim turned to the car and walked away Jimin waited there watching them go, he saw Y/n turning to him and gesturing she would call with her hands.

Jimin nodded at her.
He said to himself with a deep sigh looking at the court hall which was not empty and seeing the reporters rushing to him after the family went to shower him with the questions.

"Mr. Park...how did you..."

Jimin pushed past the reporters and he smiled at his victory and revenge which he had achieved now while going to his car.
